3 months Easter Challenge (27th December 2012 - 27th March 2013)

Unsure about weigh in this week just discovered my oats so simple no longer a healthy extra and i been having it each day and it 6 1/2 syns plus milk so dreading the scales, good luck to all lol x
 
Down 1lb again this week. Half way thro the challenge!

3lb off this week. Which im shocked with 10 lost altogether 9lb to go x

2lbs off tonight for me so just 3.5 lbs to go might have to change my target

If you have had them before and not affected your loss, then carry on using them as HEX. Don't forget we can't forever, follow what they say and stop eating. I take it that anything adding to around 6 syns then use it as HEX.

Well done everyone with your losses. Great progress and 5 or 6 WI left.

If you ate it before then your body will just keep rolling along like that - your fat cells don't know it's now syns (also if you could have a pasta and sauce for free or oats for 6 syns then I personally think you'll do your body and weight loss more good with the oats). I used to eat oats so simple then I had some organic proper oats and there's just no comparison - the taste and texture is so much nicer from the real stuff - wont have them at all now.
 
I'm gonna withdraw from this challenge as I've been on a bit of a downward spiral and need to just focus on getting back on track. Good luck everyone x

sorry i have been awol the past 3 weeks, i fell off the wagon again.

I won't make my 24 lbs target for Easter but i will do what i can. Weigh day is saturday

I got it off eBay, search weight loss diet plaque, there are various designs. Mine is on my fridge, hopefully when I walk past fridge it will give me a reminder to go for free or superfree foods.

Good idea, putting it on the fridge - might help me stay away from the wine.

Half off for me so quite pleased spoke to consultant about oats so simple we can still have the plain one as hex B so quite pleased with that lol x
 
2.5lbs on for me. 3.5lbs to go until target!
 
I did it!! I finally hit my target of 3st 1lb after 75 weeks!! 4.5lbs off this week. :D
 
0.5 lb off for me. Slowly but surely :) I think my target for this challenge looks too ambitious to achieve now. Rosie can you reduce my target to 14 lbs. Thanks :) xx
