Down 1lb again this week. Half way thro the challenge!
3lb off this week. Which im shocked with 10 lost altogether 9lb to go x
2lbs off tonight for me so just 3.5 lbs to go might have to change my target
If you have had them before and not affected your loss, then carry on using them as HEX. Don't forget we can't forever, follow what they say and stop eating. I take it that anything adding to around 6 syns then use it as HEX.Unsure about weigh in this week just discovered my oats so simple no longer a healthy extra and i been having it each day and it 6 1/2 syns plus milk so dreading the scales, good luck to all lol x

I sts this week, which is a huge relief. I thought I was gonna gain again. Back on track now.

I got it off eBay, search weight loss diet plaque, there are various designs. Mine is on my fridge, hopefully when I walk past fridge it will give me a reminder to go for free or superfree foods.
Good idea, putting it on the fridge - might help me stay away from the wine.
I'm gonna withdraw from this challenge as I've been on a bit of a downward spiral and need to just focus on getting back on track. Good luck everyone x
sorry i have been awol the past 3 weeks, i fell off the wagon again.
I won't make my 24 lbs target for Easter but i will do what i can. Weigh day is saturday
