1. I did my 60 reps with weights (I've no upper body strength so trying my best )
2. I've had a nice day off work
3. I made a 3 week eating plan (which granted includes a lot of sweet things, but people keep saying I'm not having enough syns, so experiments are me (shame I genuinely don't have a sweet tooth) *lol*)
