3 Positives for today...

6/3/12

1 - came home and put PJs on to relax!! - will do school work later!

2 - hubby's had a good day at work and has been excited to tell me all about it!

3 - I turned down sweets and chocolate today! And I have a fair few syns left!! :-D
 
Struggling ive had a terrible day but:

1. Lost 2lbs at weighin

2. 5.5lbs until 5st/Target

3. Erm can't find one :( I got new knickers with hippos on!
 
1 - old pair of trousers fitting again!
2 - 3 episode of Bleak Old Shop of Stuff on iplayer
3 - half way through great book
 
1.Lost 1.5lbs and now have a BMI of 22.1
2.Lovely weather again, so had a lovely afternoon reading in the garden
3.Booked a nice treat for my brothers birthday
 
1. Didn't sneeze today (getting over a cold).
2. Didn't stop during my spin class.
3. Meatballs I made yesterday were delicious for dinner!
 
1. I dyed my hair so I am no longer a washed out mess - cheered me up a lot
2. I made rice crispie cakes with mini eggs (3.5 syns) - I adore mini eggs!
3. Hammerfest is sneaking ever closer, so I get to spend a weekend with friends listening to amazing bands, cannot wait :D
 
1. Even though I celebrated all week for my birthday I lost 2.5 lbs! Expected a gain!
2. Got my 10 % award tonight!
3. I have meal planned and exercised planned for the week
 
1. finished casting off my new jumper. started on the sleeves.
2. made dinner with minimal help from hubby
3. drafted, cut out and shaped a pattern for a new dress. now to get over my fear of cutting into beautiful fabric and in under a week i will have a dress to go out in lol.
 
1) lost 4lb this week, which I wasn't expecting- it's a nice surprise :)

2) i got £5 off a corset on ebay- so paid less than £24, including postage!

3) peanut hifi bars....my new addiction!
 
1. I got chance to colour my hair
2. I've come to terms with ridiculous feedback from Uni assessment
3. I got a couple hours peace and quiet :D
 
1) I brought some of last night's syn free spicy veg rice in for lunch, which was tasty and cost nowt

2) Less than an hour til home time

3) My nails are painted bright orange (Superdrug MUA Love Hearts 'I Want You') and they keep making me smile :)
 
Two big big positives today:

1) An article I wrote has been published in my local paper! (there is a picture of me with it and everything, although it's one from before SW so I look big and have a double chin, boo, lol)

2) Had my phonecall appointment with the therapy people to arrange some counselling and it was really nice to chat with the therapist lady and have her understand and listen to me, nice to know it's going to be sorted!

And a third cheeky bonus:

3) work trousers are seriously starting to fall off now...!

1 - had an amazing day at work. Lesson observation went really well and it was actually the best feedback I've ever had!!

2 - currently sharing a hot water bottle with hubby - snugling up on the sofa with it on our feet lol.

3 - 5th 100% day in a row! Woop
 
1) I tried on my old prom dress from high school and could actually zip it up!
2) My parents noticed a difference in my face and waist
3) I only gained 0.5lb tonight after a weekend of celebrating at my OH's house :)

1 - started the day by treating myself to a costa coffee :)

2 - it's Friday and we have another weekend ahead of us :)

3 - 6th 100% day done...not even the sniff of a take away tonight!!!!
 
It's Saturday.....tonights the only night Paul and I spend together this week, so hoping for a cuddle on the sofa.

Because it's Saturday, work is a bit easier.

I'm still happy over the 5lb loss this week x
 
1. Meeting friends for breakfast bit of shopping and then lunch :)
2. Going to fit a walk in later
3. Managing to fit in clothes I've had and never worn. The old ill buy that and slim into it lol lol

1) finished my long shift at work and it wasn't too bad

2) made some lovely chilli that I'd been craving for days

3) this is kind of a weird one but I've been weeing a lot the past couple of days which I think is my body reacting well to all the water and green tea I've been drinking, which I'm hoping will reflect positively on my weighing tomorrow.
 
1. Tried lots of clothes on this morning that I'd been hiding in my drawer for over a year because they were too small - now some of them are too big!

2. Went out for tea and chose the very sensible - free - option!

3. Had a pretty good week SW wise so am optimistic for WI on Monday!
 
1 - sat in town with a coffee and my kindle whilst my girls went shopping - me time :)

2 - started c25k week 1 day 1

3 - drank over 2 litres of water
