3 Positives for today...

11/3/12

1 - early night in a clean bed with hot water bottle :)

2 - relaxed all day and didn't have to do my hair!

3 - hubby done the washing and we're all ready clothes wise for the week

Not sure I did them for yesterday so here goes:

10/3/12

1 - lovely little trip out shopping.

2 - got some magazines and relaxed for a couple of hours in the afternoon.

3 - tried pink n Whites for the first time in years!'
 
1. stitches out today and my hand hurts a whole bunch less than it did before having them out. got a specialist dressing on to soften the dead bits.
2. my new day dress fits and looks beautiful.
3. papsi max is back down to £1 a bottle in asda lol. (stopped off on the way home to get some more dressings!)
 
1, I have managed a week of 100%
2, I have made JoClairey's Chocolate Brownie
3, My lovely labrador Tia is snuggled up to me, 'helping' me use my laptop, happiness is a warm labrador.
 
1. Thinking ahead and planning & buying my meals for the day. Won't be home til late, so I picked up a spicy chicken cous cous salad and fruit for my evening meal.

2. Posting and reading on minimins - loving the ideas and support on this forum.

3. A feeling of being in the right zone for losing weight - mind over matter is crucial.
 
1. Done an hour+ exercise, which after not feeling well enough to bother for the last week has cheered me up, spurred on my Chimaira.

2. Last night at work tonight until next Monday - Get in!

3. I have watermelon (I'm addicted) :D
 
1) It's beautiful today, weather-wise.

2) Work was quite nice today, was in a really pleasant mood

3) Feeling really positive about SW and really enjoying being back in control, I know I'm going to do really well this week.
 
1 - made 5 pots of soup and 4 in the freezer - 1 for work today, the rest for each work day

2 - did day 2 of c25k

3 - stayed on treadmill for an extra 20 minutes just enjoying running/walking to my favourite songs
 
1. Got my Dyson hoover fixed and am no longer wading through debris

2. Got my son's braces fixed so he no longer has bits og metal hanging out of his mouth!

3. Had a walk in the park and enjoyed the sun and the daffodils
 
12/3/12

1 - got packs together for a staff meeting I'm holding in a few weeks - that's super forward planning!!

2 - first zumba class is about 9 months and loved it.

3. - hmmmmm....need to think....v difficult....ok ok - feeling positive towards this week on the diet :)
 
1. House is clean and tidy and new carpet laid.

2. Started on my dissertation.

3. Seeing my boy (26) tomorrow.
 
1. I read the flylady website on how to care for a house. sooo gonna give it a go. I'm a chronically terrible housweife.
2. had my first proper bath in a fortnight. been living with sink-washes and the very occasional shower when hubby could help me, but immersing myself in hot, scented water was just the best feeling ever.
3. feeling so much better in my mind than I have in months. don't know if it's that my hand has been sorted, I am working on my weight or if it's just been sunny lol.
 
Loving this idea:

1) I have been good all week so should be a loss tomorrow
2) Just eaten a nice healthy lunch consisting of lots of fishy things to super speed my weight loss and had a nice walk.
and
3) Getting a lovely new carpet fitted today in my youngest sons bedroom

1) I won tickets to something I wanted to go to

2) A good friend is free to come with me (the only person I know who'd proper appreciate it too)

3) I raised a big issue at work with someone important, and they took me seriously and are progressing things properly

4) Knowing that they *should* be taking me seriously, because my ability to do my job is not affected by my current blip in self esteem
 
1) Booked some holiday off work, looking forward to it when it comes!

2) Ordered some new uniform so my trousers won't be hanging off me anymore

3) Think I have my ideas sorted for the story I'm writing

1 - enjoying some me time and catching up on here.

2 - had some lovely dreams recently and they are boosting my outlook to the days! - hope this lasts!

3 - walked around with rubbish hair all day and no1 mentioned it until my mum did after work!
 
I have just one but its a big one so it will count for all 3.
House sale finally closed wooooo hooooo. Cant wait to move in xxx
 
1. Lost a further 3lbs in weight
2. Did an aerobics class and pushed myself a little further
3. Tried a new recipe from the Slimming world book and really enjoyed it
