Just watched level 2 on you tube, thought.i may try it, no.way.not.till im finding level 1 easy . It looks so tough!!!

Level 2 is the worse level,I did the full 10 days of level one before I moved up.

Since wednesday, did a spinning class tues and started tues, although never did.it.yday

Thats what i thought about.doin!! Wad going to do level two today as i.never did it at all yday, but after watching it it looks hard. Maybe ill try tonorrow and see. How long did you say you have been doing it for?

I confess I haven't done it for a while lol did all of first level.7 days of 2 and about 4 days of 3,then mixed it up for bout 6 days.
 
There are a few of us doing it at same time and keeping each other going, weve shared starting iches, pics, would be great to hear your progress if you think.about starting again :) x

Its definatly keeping me.motivated, plus people to talk to as my OH doesnt talk.about anything other than footy, martial.arts and gadgets lol

Lol a geek then! My OH is a geek! Yea I live on this site.lol,I do WW so use this as my motivation as do it from home.Thats good that this site helps you as well :0)
 
Siobhan well done, i went for a.2.5 mile walk as well.as the 30ds instead of.doing it twice lol, watched level 2 it looks more interesting than.one.but harder lol.
