I considered doing it this morning at 4am when finished work but decided against it lol! gonna be brave and just go for it this afternoon lol! I walk about that in day for work so think that's helping stretch te muscles out!
I saw ur other comment about having people o talk too my oh the same not interested in exercise at all! But the jammy bugger managed to lose 5 stone without it! Xx
 
I'm the opposite my oh is a proper gymmer reads fitness mags and everything, always telling me what I should try... Last night he did shred and I was expecting him to tell me it was naff but he loved it although he did most of it with a 10kg kettlebell in each arm!

I do it with 2 kg dumbells, what do u guys use x

Mines are 2 kgs as well started off with 1kg but increased after day 5.
10kgs! I don't think I would be able to do one squat and push with that!!! Xx
 
omg at 4am this morning!! but i suppose if you were only in, thats determination!! i work in the country so i drive everywhere lol,
my OH does martial arts and stuff but thinks his way of toning and losing weight is only what he says lol, he thinks its all about exercise and nothing to do with diet!!
i live off this site !!
 
haha lol i trieed to get my OH to try the shred lol as he said it looked easy and i was like be my guest!! at one point at the end he came over while i was doing jump rope moves, im struggling on the last 30seconds and starts to mock lol i was like leave me alone im concentrating lol
 
the most i can do at the mo is 1kg and some of the moves are tough even with only 1kg! some moves i have to make my own adaptions as i cant do it ooops

Don't feel bad,you are still exercising and that's what counts plus I used 1kg when I did it as well :0)

Yes don't worry as long as ur feeling it it's working, I'm doing it with my step sister and she's been using beans or no weights xxx

4 am didn't happen my bed was more welcoming so 4pm this afternoon will have to do If the sea stays calm :) x
