30 day shred - start with me and we can push through together!!

I really did prefer level 3. I've just had a sneaky peek to remind me and I think it still looks better than level 2 especially if I stick with Alison lol
 
Got weigh in Tomo so hoping for a loss. I took my measurements today so thought would compare as I'm about half way through from the start. The measurement are also including kettleworx and slimming world.

Left arm top was 14inch now 13 inch
Left forearm was 11 inch now 10.5 inch
Right arm top was 14 inch now 13 inch
Right forearm was 11 inch now 10.5 inch
Left thigh was 25 inch now 23.5 inch
Left calf was 15 inch now 14 inch
Right thigh was 25 inch now 23.5 inch
Right calf was 15.5 inch now 14.5 inch
Bum was 40.5 inch now 38.5 inch
Hips was 39 inch now 37.5 inch
Waist (above button) was 33 inch now 30 inch
Stomach (just below button) was 38.5 now 34.5
Over chest was 36 inch now 34.5 inch
Under chest was 33 inch now 31 inch

So a grand combined total of 20 inches in 3 weeks.

Weight loss 7lb with a weigh in Tomo :)

Wow that's amazing.....good luck for tomorrow.
You've got some good inch loss already n your only half way through. I've lost about 5.5 inch so far. I'm away on Saturday for 4 days so see how I get on before I go.
Think I'll measure before hol n after hol
 
Managed a 2 1/2 lb loss this week so a total of 9 1/2 lb in 3 weeks :)
 
Day five level two. A little bit easier today. Didn't sweat as much. Yay.
Just want the next five days over with. Well next ten if I'm honest. I just HATE level two.

I'm trying to decide whether to do the shred or have a rest day today. Leg is not good n I go away in a few days.

Maybe do it modified. If it still hurts like that though maybe it would be best to have a rest day. No point making it worse.
 
Level 2 day 8 done wahoo the end is nigh :)

I agree with kayla. The last thing you want to do is cause damage that will keep you off your feet for weeks on end :(

That's what I'm thinking. I did modified last night n it hurt. Gonna try it again but will stop if it hurts n call it quits for a week
 
Well had a go.....could hardly do any of the cardio at level 2 cos it was too high impact........plus look what happened to me

Lol, similar to what my Mavis does. She normally tries to run off with my dumbbells. What a stunning dog by the way :)

Love her to bits. She is always by my side n I reckon she is gonna be totally at a loose end when I go away on Saturday for 4 days n she is left at home with my husband. I've promised to bring her a present back lol
 
Well I would like to declare that I am putting the shred DVD back in its box.....I can't do any more with my leg like this. I need to rest it so I can walk on holiday pain free.
I don't think I did bad....got half way through n been doing it with injury 10 days too.
Let me know how u all get on.....love hearing about everyone's progress.

I will start the shred again when I get back from holiday but will after do level 1 all over again

Level 2 day 9 done. Can't believe how quick it's gone. Will be starting level 3 on Friday :)
