Hi :wavey: I was directed here by the lovely Opal_lil, hope it's ok to join? I've been running a couple of years now, with peaks and troughs! I've completed numerous 5k, 10k's. 2 10 mile races and a half marathon. Currently trying to build up mileage again and get a strong base going

I'll aim for 80 miles in June I was clocking over 100 at one stage :sigh:

No that's really good! I couldn't do 5 miles so quickly if I wasn't running with the group. Build it up slowly and you'll get further than you think x
