Friday 6th Dec

Breakfast

1 banana
1 mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch
smash potatoes and a tin of heinz spaghetti


Dinner
Malcolm Allen Steak Burger, extra lean on a WM roll (HEB), low low cheese slice (HEA), lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion with SW chips.

Snacks

It's Friday! so, 4 Morgan's spiced and diet coke. (16 syns)
oh, nearly forgot! 70g wafer thin ham

Your food does sound tasty but you don`t seem to eat much. I know I should cut down my portions then perhaps I would lose more regularly. Foodaholic, that`s me.
 
Hi Doreen,

Remember I'm only 5ft 1 in, so should only be 8.0/8.5 stone for my height so have more than plenty to lose! If I eat any more, I don't lose weight. Have gotten to know my body, and can't really eat freely as one should on slimming world unfortunately.

I'd rather save my syns for alcohol (as you have probably spotted)

Really hope you feel better soon. Please keep an eye on your blood sugars (I know you will, but hate to hear that they are all over the place due to some prat not cooking their food properly)

I take your point about being 5ft 1in. not such a big frame to fill

cheese and ham omellete, made with 2 eggs, 40g mature cheddar (30g HEA, 10g synd, 2 syns I think), 70g wafer thin ham from Sainsbury


Dinner
Chicken breast with chargrilled chicken spices with slimming world chips and 2 tomatoes

Snacks


Well, it is Friday so........4 morgans spiced rum and diet coke (16 syns)
 
Thursday 19th Dec

Breakfast

2 slice WM bread (HEB) with mushrooms in philly light (HEA)
1 satsuma

Lunch
batchelors chicken super rice
1 mullerlight yoghurt


Dinner
chicken breast covered in chicken seasoning, smash potatoes, carrots & mushrooms with chicken gravy (2 syns)

Snacks

McVitie's, Choc Chip Muffins , 87g each (18 syns)
