777 WEEK - Bring it on!!!

I'm starting this tomorrow after weigh in tonight, I can't wait. Silly question but if I have blackcurrant juice (no added sugar) can this be counted towards my 7 glasses of water?

Hi Shelly.. I follow 777 every day now. I'm not as active as I used to be so having 15 syns a day is really too much for me. I went from losing 0.5lb a week, STS, gaining until I tried this. First week I lost 2.5lb and lost 2lb or more each week after. Here is one of my very good days for guidance..


B: Apple, 2 satsumas

L: Turkey salad (lettuce, celery) with mixed beans (sweetcorn, kidney beans, black eyed beans, green beans, borlotti beans, haricot beans, red pepper, chick peas) 4tbsp Hellmann's E/L Mayo (2 syns) 1 tbsp e/l salad cream (1 syn)

D: Spag bol (e/l beef mince, mushroom, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp bovril, 1 tbsp sweetener, spaghetti, hXa cheese)

Snacks: 1 apple

Water: 2 pints so far..

Syns: e/l mayo - 2
e/l salad cream - 1
options - 2
milk - 2

Speed: 15

If you're struggling to fit in speed foods, I swear by this..

At 85p a can, it's brilliant. I add it to spag bols, chilli con carnes, sometimes in salads! It has 6 speed foods in the one can! Very good indeed :) hope this helps x
 
That's a handy tip with the mixed bean salad.
So far today I e had the following speed foods- strawberries, peppers, onion, chicken, Passatta, pineapple. I need 1 more but I don't have any fruit i need to do a shop.

This is actually easier than I thought it would be :). I only had 6 speed foods but did 2.25 litres of water excluding cups of tea. No syns as I'm saving them for my night out.
I've made a chilli tonight full of speed foods.

So far so good. I hope I can last the week (obviously excluding my night out on Saturday)

I read that as those were your ingredients for your chilli, was gunna say strawberries in chilli is random!

Correct me if im wrong but im almost positive el mayo is 0.5 syns tbsp :) when I do syn search it comes up as that anyway. Your syns are halved :-D

I wish that was the case hun! I use Asdas extra light mayo and unfortunately it is 1 syn per level tbsp :( I simply cannot afford the Hellmans one and I don't shop at Tesco/Don't have it in my local store :( bad times!

D: 2 pork chops, mushy peas, carrots (getting to the end of the week again, can you tell?! Lol)

Snacks: Apple, Biscuits (25 syns, ouch)

Water: 4 pints so far..

Syns: Chilli Con Carne (0.5)
Biscuits (25)

Didn't think the biscuits would be that many! Tried to burn them off so did some body magic..

57 minutes of dancing, 15 minutes of leisurely walking and 10 minutes of brisk walking :)

I think it's super speed but I used mainly just speed last week (had 2 cheat days) and lost 2.5 so I'd say speed works fine!

I'm struggling with the water this week I know I need to drink it but just can't seem to kick myself up butt hard enough to actually get any water down my neck

Hi Everyone

Right reading through this thread over the last few days, ive been trying to get myself a little list of speed and super speed foods together but can someone explain to me this,

When a food is listed on a original or green day does it only count as speed or superspeed on the red or green day???

How has everyone found the plan then? Is it really good how much does it boost you loss by??

So many questions sorry
