A game that i'll win! My journey.

Wanted to share this as I find them great for snacking on

Mini quiches - totally free and yummy!

Mix half a tub of quark with two eggs in a bowl

Set aside

Fry off (in frilight) any veg you want inside your quiche - mushroom onions tomatoes etc etc - anything!

Use a slice or not al shop brought ham and lay it inside a muffin or cupcake tin (this makes the base for your quiche instead of pastry)

Mix your fried stuff in with the egg and quark mixture

Fill ham cases and put in oven at 180 for about 20mins or until set

(add some cheese on top and out back in to melt if desired)

They last a few days in the fridge but I usually end up eating loads fresh from the oven lol
Have with a side salad to make up part of your 3rd free food on an EE day

Food so far and plans for the day

Breakfast
Banana and orange

Snack 2x celery with 2 laughing cow cheese triangles
One green tea

Lunch will be savoury rice with two lamb samosas and a bit of cous cous
Followed by whatever fruit I fancy. I am armed with a kiwi an orange and an apple
I'm also armed with a curly wurly

Tonight I have mixed veg sticky chicken and cous cous (can you tell I have just discovered cous cous!) (I'm convinced I'm not spelling that right?)

Have you seen my food diary ??? Love couscous i have it everyday with my chick salad, I add a chick stock cube to it then the water so yummy :))
I'd never had it before sw but now think I'm addicted. Not a bad addiction though and it keeps you satisfied for ages not as heavy as pasta

Well done on the shred it does get easier I'm going to get back on it after my half marathon.
Glad I introduced you to couscous we should start a club ha ha x

Defiantly! Just had a nice big plate of it with sticky chicken - I could sooo way it all again :)

Starting to feel the shred a bit now lol be interesting to see just how stiff I am tomorrow as I felt the session was a tad tad tad easier than when I did it the first time around - day 2 tomorrow!

Really hoping for 3 this week to get my 2.5 stone award - weighing on Thursday as I'm going to be too busy crapping my pants at the dentist Wednesday
Eeeek I haven't gone on the scales all week either so im nervous not knowing what to expect! If it's less than 2 I might go into an almighty strop!! ;-)

Well done on starting the shred hun, I haven't but do have a good excuse I have a job interview tomorrow and didn't think it was such a great idea to walk like a total spanner in heels for that! I solemnly swear I will start it tomorrow tho x

Lol that's a pretty good excuse hun! I don't blame you! Good luck for tomorrow too both with the interview and starting the shred :)

Well done, I always find a little stretch in the morning helps, do the warm up especially hip and knee rolls, it loosens everything up

Well done on completing day one, I'm going to see how your doing by the end of you first week and then I might think about giving it a go. I was disappointed with a 1lb loss this week as had been good but am going to try and be positive as I should be grateful it was a loss! So i'm going to make sure I have plenty of salad, veg and fruit this week. Good luck with weigh in tomorrow, I shall pop over here to see how you do and that your surviving the shred!!
