Tomorrow food:
Weigh in at 6 as I couldn't make tonight's - I'd love a three but understand the exercise may mean scales don't move much for the next few weeks - i am probably losing inches, will try to remember this tomorrow night.

Celery sticks x2 and 2 cheese triangles
Couscous for lunch with??? Planned to have two samosas but made some today with some different make of filo pastry and quite frankly it's like I've wrapped meat up in some bog roll - yuck!
So now I have couscous made ready but no clue what to have with it

Beef stew with potatoes and lots of veg
Glad it's shopping day on Friday, im running low on supplies!
