Not been v.well today been off work and in bed all day havnt been able to eat

Weigh in at 7pm ... Lost 2.5lbs :) taking me down to 8st12lbs woo v.happy lady right now

Peshwari naan from take away (25 syns) naughty but i wanted something comforting :( feel bad now

Total syns = 37

So 22 syns over today, 6.25 left over from y.day takes that down to 15.75 so will have no syns tommorow and only 14 on friday then back on track!

was naughty bt think ill be ok since ive not eaten much all week due to being ill, had a stuffed crust margharitta from pizza hut, i had half, it is lots of syns but dont think itll do any damage to weight loss this week plus it was yummy and i enjoyed it :) (72.5 syns)

divided by 7 = 5 so will only have 5 syns per day from tomorrow
