My shifts next week currently look like this:

Monday: 730-8
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 8-7
Thursday: Off
Friday: 3-11 (WI morning)
Saturday: 3-11
Sunday: 8-4

Therefore I have four full evenings to make dinner which is a rarity!
Salad ingredients for lunch for the week, so I was going to do, chicken, tuna, prawns and smoked salmon for salads at lunch time and then alternate the pancakes and boiled eggs at breakfast.
Dinner I will be making my favourites and a couple of newbies! Burgers, Cajun chicken and wedges, pasta with Greek yogurt mushrooms and bacon and stir fry.
Getting some quark, options hot chocolate and some apples in to make Apple Betty as well as my mullerlights and frozen fruit which are lifesavers!
Then on Sunday as I will have worked all weekend I am going to do lamb, vegetable and chicken kebabs with spices, sweet potato chips and make myself an autumn or Apple crumble for afters :)
I get paid a week today also and I am going to treat myself to a steamer :)

Crazy hours -- you do well to stay on track with that.

A few things in this post!

I am looking at one of these... Or alternatively a steamer.... http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00FZL46PE/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?qid=1391777062&sr=8-11&pi=AC_SX110_SY165

I have to go into Scarborough hospital for treatment for an inflamed pelvis on Tuesday morning but can't get any time off so it's gonna be fun and also a further course of antibiotics :/ well at least I won't be drinking much alcohol...

Also seen on ******* an 8 in 1 fryer steamer etc for 30 quid so may go for that!

That's a fantastic price. We opted for a Philips Airfryer and love it. I have a microwave steamer, a pan with a colander for steaming, and a rice cooker that it also a steamer. I tend to use the pan.

Yeah I'm excited I've ordered it and got it ordered to my work :) it's better for me and it will take less time to cook for me when I get in and I am determined not to fall into the trap of being so exhausted that I can't be bothered to cook and going off the rails!
