Thanks chicken very pleased with loss tonight, we did have cats, now we just have freakin' huge spiders lol xxxx
 
Morning lovlies!

Hope everyone is well!

Extra easy for me again today. My daughter graduates today (nursery lol) so we are going to the graduation ceremony at 2.30 today, she is uber excited!

I have 1 more wi until i go on hols, so hoping it's a good un'.... and hoping i don't do too much damage on hol... it's all inclusive:eek::doh:. I have just joined the july challenge and hoping to shift 6lbs in july! and as texty pointed out its only 177 days to christmas eve:eek: so gotta get on with the lbd christmas challenge too!

anyhoo the plan of action today is:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, semi skimmed milk, banana & raspberries and a cup of green tea
Lunch: Poached salmon salad
Dinner: Herb chicken with roasted veg & baby potatoes

Holidays are for enjoying, even if you did gain a little you seem to lose quickly so it would be undone soon enough :)

I think these challenges are good for keeping focus, although I haven't been very successful in June but I have stuck to the diet so I guess I'm still successful lol. Giving up is when we fail?

Hope you have a lovely time at your daughters graduation, don't they just grow up too fast!
 
Thats true hun and it's only 1 week of the year!

You are doing a fantastic job hun, and are very successful you are following the plan and changing your lifestyle and thats what will keep the weight off:)

Yeah i enjoy the challenges as it gives me a little bit more focus on a smaller target to take my mind off the big one!

They do grow up so fast, i can't believe she starts school after the holidays! xxxxxxxxxx
 
my daughter will be in primary 5, which is making secondary school seem far too close!!!

I always think the primary 1's just look so young and tiny, but they settle in fast.

time flies! they do look way too small to be in school, the babies will be there too before we know it :eek: xxx
 
I know it's nothing short of scary!!

One day they're having mushy food and nappy changes and before you know it they are demanding pizza and car keys.

I have this funny thing going on with holidays......I REFUSE to diet when I'm om my Jollies, I've paid for it - I'm going to enjoy it and jump on the wagon when I'm at home again without worrying about it while i'm away. Holidays are for enjoying I say! xxxx

Hey you don't know how true that is!......I can remember Oooooh so clearly the day my boy took his first steps, now he's 23 6ft 2 and I don't know how in the heck the time flew by so quickly :sigh::p

We've only been to Menorca once, Cala'n Bosch, and it was lovely.

thats where we are going too! to viva menorca resort looks good so hope it lives up to the pics in brochure! xxx
