Yes it should be a good holiday!

Well the food plan has changed slightly, i'm having a hungry day so the poached salmon salad just wasn't going to cut it, ended up having leftover chilli and rice with syned mozzarella and some fat free yog on top.... still chicken for dinner just not sure what i want to do with it yet don't think i fancy herb chicken any more but will see later on!

i do love the flexibility! and knowing i can eat to satisfy my hunger as long as its free is good too even adding a few syns to make it more naughty and still staying on plan really helps me avoid a full on binge lol xxxxxx

I agree......and its 'family friendly' too. You can easily make SW meals for everyone and they seem 'normal' its just like going back to the old fashioned meal of meat n 2 veg lol xx

Its an amazing site for friendly support isn't it ...... I would have struggled just doing SW online without support from 'real folk' xxx

I definitely feel better this time around having the extra support here and going to group, although i must admit i get 95% of my support here and not in group! I enjoy group for the discipline of weighing in and buying products and swapping ideas but the motivational support if def from you guys.... if only we could have our own mini's group.... although i don't imagine a great deal would get done lol xxxxx

From what I have heard on here the groups aren't always nice. Never understood why humans can be so nasty to each other for no good reason but such is life. Of course they will all be different. I'm grateful for minis as well as I can't really justify going to a group with cost of petrol etc.

theres some nasty people in my group. Always making comments and/or chatting in the background when we are trying to hear. I like to chat to everyone as im very loud and bubbly but i know theres some people in there who don't like me. It doesn't stop me going it just spurs me on to go and lose more and rub it in their faces haha xx

I went to group last time round when I got within a smidge of goal, my group was a nice one....but there was a 'cliquey' set who were a bit *****y. To be honest, both times I've done SW ive got more support from minis.
