Had a cheeky weigh this morning and I'm still 2lbs over! :(

Well, I *should* have gained last week as it was my star week, so I was lucky? Plus, I did eat my weight in crap over the weekend!

Scraping through with syns. Resisted a cake so that's a positive, but my friend for me some American sweets which were 10.5 syns!

But I would have had them with a cake, so I suppose that's better! Off for a cycle tonight while tea is cooking. Got some haddock fillets for 90p! :) x

Just woke up from a fabulous dream about Ryan Reynolds :D It was cheese fuelled so they are usually nightmares, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I promised myself that when I get to target, I'll do everything in my power to meet him! If that's not an incentive, what is?! I owe fat me that, I never let me have Greggs!

So, in some weird twist of fate, I'm more focused than ever! :D

The dream was just about Ryan Reynolds. I don't remember an awful lot, apart from he was just in boxers for some of it *drool*

The thing about meeting him is a goal for me (on my bucket list) and I came up with the idea before starting SW.

My friend is a proper movie geek (he's met hundreds of famous people!) so it will happen, but only when I get to target (20lbs to go!)

Am still feeling supper positive today :)

Other things are happening outside of SW which are bad, but some are good and this is really helping me focus.

Definitely an emotional eater!
