A yummy (and happier and healthier) mummy - for good this time!

Bugger I forgot to buy some chorizo.. Typical haha!

Don't worry about the lack of food, but try to keep on track tomo. :) you'll probably be hungrier and I know how much you dislike work!

I didn't stick to plan today. Im not even completely sure on the number of syns Ive used... Might as well find out now by doing my diary!

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: 2 x Tesco sushi snack packs (1 salmon and 1 duck 1syn each so 2 syns). Apple. Free yogurt. Satsuma.
D: Chinese takeaway. Vegetable chow mein approx 8syns(?) Chicken fried rice approx 6syns(?) Didn't eat all of it... But still didn't leave much!
Oh and I had a few chips- about 5 so going for a syn each so 5syns.
Oh and then I ate a whole bag of prawn crackers... Syns are 1.5 for 5 crackers... Probably no more than 20 crackers in a bag so 6syns.

Snacks: Special K chewy bar hexB. Satsuma. Banana.
Drinks: Coke zero. Water.
Syn Total - 27syns

And I didn't use my hexA...
 
Chicken fried rice is 9.5 syns per portion, not 6 :/ It's in the back of the book under special fried rice my consultant said.
And the chips work out as half a syn each as well, not 1 syn :)

Just thought it would be better to tell you so you know for the future. :(

Don't worry about the binge though, it's worth it to treat yourself every now and again. :)
 
Oh no :( hope you're feeling better this morning, and fingers crossed your weigh in goes well.
I was ill for a week after I last ate Chinese. However i think I came down with something then, lol!

But yeah its only nearly 15 syns over. I Know some people that would have used a good 50 odd.. eep!

Feeling a bit better today although still a little delicate- a bit bloated and *TMI ALERT* windy... Not nice. Not sure if it is the Chinese food to be honest, as Ive ordered from there before and been fine. Plus Reece was the same a few days ago and was off his food so it may just be a little tummy bug doing the rounds in our household.

On a plus, Ive lost a pound :) So back to where I was before holiday. I was hoping for a little more to be honest but the bloaty feeling may be adding a little (hoping!!) Only half a pound before my two stone! And 11 days to lose it before I go dress shopping!!
 
Yay well done! And a loss is a loss :)
But yeah sounds like a bug going around. Hope you'll be better soon :)

Had a bit of a downer day today- just a few things keep setting me off into floods of tears! I've cried if I've seen a charity advert on TV, if Reece gives me the wrong toy animal (he gave me a elephant when I asked for a dog...), I shouted at Reece for banging doors and then felt horribly guilty so cried, I made a cup of tea and the milk was off... Team that with feeling bloated and I've been an emotional mess!!

Todays food-
B: Nothing.
L: Ham salad sandwich (60g WM bread hexB, ham, cucumber, lettuce and 2tbsp lighter than light mayo 1syn) Nectarine. Satsuma.
D: Pasta and homemade bolognaise (extra lean mince, onion, stock, carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic, tinned tomatoes, oregano and worcestershire sauce) topped with 25g reduced fat cheddar 4syns. Didn't have loads so now have enough for lunch at work tomorrow :)

Snacks: Grapes. Apple.
Drinks: Costa medium skinny vanilla latte (skimmed milk hexA and syrup 3syns). Flavoured fizzy water. 1 x cup of tea (sweetener and dash of skimmed milk 0.5syn)
Syn Total- 8.5syns
 
Terrible bad stomach today- went into work but was only there 20 minutes and spent that in the ladies...

Not eaten anything yet and really not sure if I'm going to risk anything significant!

Feeling guilty because I dropped Reece off with my mum this morning before work and now I'm home without him. I'm sure he's having fun terrorising my parents and the dog though!
 
Well I ate something (made the mistake of turning over to the cooking channels) but 20 minutes later I spent some time regretting it!

Managed to have some fruit so yay for superfree!
