And as for the work you've left behind, well you gave them plenty of notice that you were leaving! they had loads of time to think about replacing you, it's not your fault! they've known for months that you'd be leaving and yes you've left 2 weeks early but it's their fault for leaving it so late

Soooo stop thinking about work! tis not important.

howdy everyone. thanks

well yesterday was a horrid day. i think i got a bug. sickness, well, i'm used to that now but this was awful. i was violently sick all day. got cystitis and my sciatica went off the charts. couldn't go in bath to relieve sciatica and cystitis as thomas wasn't in and i keep getting stuck. stopped eating because of sickness but as soon as i got hungry morning sickness kicked in. not the most fun of days. i seem to be feeling a bit better today though. am going to eat some dry toast shortly.

went to get weighed last night though. you ready? i lost 3.5lbs, which means i've now lost half a stone, and got slimmer of the week!! so i have two shiny stickers and a certificate

i felt a bit of a fraud given that i hadn't kept much food in me all day but i was sloshing full of water so i figured that would even it out a bit, ha. but woo!!

now, off to toast that bread...

well jim. surprisingly i thought it would be. and there are fabulous bits to it too. i love feeling her wriggle about. and of course i get a baby at the end of it i just seem to have had an unfortunate experience, ha. but i wouldn't change the reason for the world. at least i know it's in a good cause

Colleen was OK with our pair until the last few weeks and then she couldn't wait for them to be born abz

yeah. i think i'm getting to the hideously uncomfortable feeling like my insides are stretching further than they should stage ha. am supposed to be going to visit family tonight and go out for a meal... not sure how practical that will be given i've only eaten dry toast for the last two days... don't know if anything else will stay down...

hi guys i did go yes and had steak with salad and boiled potatoes. no starter or dessert like everyone else had. drank tonic water which thinking about it now probably has loads of syns in it, as i didn't get the light stuff, but i wanted to settle my tummy. i'm sure it won't have done immense amounts of damage as i tend not to use syns that much anyways...

am ok today. we spent the weekend painting the baby's room. so much for taking it easy when off work!! i spent the entire day sitting on the floor painting skirting boards and edging in the bottom. FIVE COATS OF PAINT it has taken to cover the what i thought was pale lilac... and it still looks a bit patchy to me... am wondering whether it's just shadows on the walls now. whatever, 7.5 litres of paint have gone on the walls of an incredibly tiny room!! i really don't think any more will make any difference!! ha. ceiling could maybe do with another coat but am not sure i dare mention that to thomas. he may flip. he worked so so hard this weekend bless him!! so today i am just touching up the odd bit and painting the window sill today, ready for the curtain pole putting up. i'm sure the patchiness is mainly in my brain and i don't think anyone else would notice it. it may not even be there!!

thomas is also under orders that the next time i insist on helping him he gag and bind me and put me somewhere quiet until he's finished. i got stuck in the bath again. worst yet, and laid on my back on the bed and got stuck there too... fine again today but obviously overdid it *sigh*.

i wish it was nesting jim but my house is a tip!! ha. more 'oh god baby is due in six weeks and the room is still a dumping ground'

well grrr. set off for physio appointment. bus took such an unbelievably long time to do what would usually be a 20 minute journey that even though i would have been really early i ended up not even making it to the appointment, getting off the bus and going back the other way. so annoyed!!

well the earliest she could see me again was on monday, when i already have an appointment booked. so will have to ring tomorrow to see if she wants me to have two next week. grrr.

the only other thing i've managed to do all day is fill the dishwasher... so productive!! ha.
