Morning Abz - in the nicest possible way, I hope you're not reading this this morning - you have other things you should be doing............. and....pushhhhhhhhhh

Just a thought - as you know, I do reflexology and there is a little point on the big toe that is said to reach the petuitory gland, thus releasing hormones and possibly helping labour along. Get someone to find the "finger print" bit on the big toe - hold toe between thumb and fore-fingerand press - release, press - release in a rythmic way - it's worth a try. Then there is the raspberry leaf tea which is said to help labour.

Then again, your little girl may be stubborn and just hang on in there a while - I wonder who that reminds me of x

Jeez, LOL. I'm sure no one is paying attention to your legs an toenails when you're giving birth girls. I know all i was thinking was God, I'm never going to put Colleen through this again and wondering where she found the strength to crush my hand.

hi guys.

to be honest jim i really don't care about my legs being hairy when i'm giving birth... but my mum won't shut up about it and keeps going on about letting myself go :S it doesn't take pregnancy for me to not bother once in a while, but she doesn't need to know that, ha.

i have warned her, however, that if she mentions the hairyness of my legs whilst i'm in labour she more than likely won't get a good response

still. someone it just made me feel like i'd done something to prepare given that all i can do really is sit around on my ass and wait... i could try all the natural labour starters but i figure if she's ready then she'll show up

new tumble dryer is tumbling away. house is an absolute tip which is stressing me out and as a result have done far more than i should have already this morning so am going to chill for a bit.

hey guys.

thomas gets statutory paternity pay linzi. and then he's taken a week's holiday off as well. so he'll be off for three weeks. woo. he can't wait, ha. regardless of the fact he'll probably be more tired than he's ever been in his life... he still wants to be off work
