well i had some hotdogs with a smidge of tomato sauce otherwise i wouldn't have had more than about a gram of carbs all day. not my finest day i'll admit, ha. i have proper food lined up today to keep myself in check. have started off with a hard boiled egg. there were two but izzy likes to share them. and by share i mean eat an entire egg...

I MADE IT UNDER 17ST!!
WOOHOO!! ok. so it's hardly close to goal, ha. and it's 16st 13.4lbs but still. official weigh in is tomorrow. and what's the bet it's nudged up again over the limit then? but it has gone under once so it shall do again.
i'm rather proud given that saturday night was the family meal out for my mum's 50th and izzy's first birthdays and EVERYONE but me got a huge dessert. that's about 15 or so people. ha. and we went out for sunday dinner the day afterwards and all the veg was carby, so i ended up with a pile of beef and the best i could do out of carrots, cabbage and mushy peas :S
so i am rather proud of me given the gluttony of everyone else, ha.
now i just need to win the lottery or something. we drove past some amazing houses this weekend. if only...

ha. i've just written in your diary too
i have until thursday to try and get a bit more firmly into my target, so i'll go for that. the only break, like i said, is having a teensy bit of izzy's first birthday cake on saturday. in fact, thinking about it, we still have the top layer of our wedding cake... i suppose we should think about investigating how mouldy it is... and if it isn't that will be brought out, along with a chocolate option i suppose, ha.

well today was izzy's birthday. i can't believe my baby girl is one already!! it's almost sad, but not if you know what i mean, ha. it's going so fast!!
had another meal out today, i had another good day thomas told me he was impressed with all the meals out we've had and i haven't broken things once well, i asked him if he was impressed, but it's kind of the same thing ha. it is mum's 50th today too. so big celebrating all around.
the living room is trashed. there are toys and boxes and cards and paper everywhere. i guess that's my job now... *sigh*

Well done you on sticking with it while out for meals, it's so easy to go off track at a meal out - especially as it's a one off special occasion.
