i am back at work today chaps *sigh* but i have a few days off after today to recuperate properly. i managed to eat last night and keep it down but ended up kicking myself out of ketosis. my stomach just wouldn't settle without a couple of carbs. didn't have much though so hopefully ketosis will be back with me by tomorrow. my mouth is feeling yacky today so we might be on our way already. lots of water. gutted though after a good loss last week. now i'm going to have catching up to do!!
tonight i am going out with the guys from work to a tapas place. i organised it before going back on 810. doh!! so looks like i'm going to be on the chicken kebabs!! ha. it's tapas for a tenner though so i'm going to have to check the menu and see what i can see...
howdy howdy. stuck to low carb things. mainly chicken skewers and some mushrooms. have gained a couple of lbs this morning but i think it's water retention. totm is looming. and i haven't had one for a while so maybe, just maybe i'm not going to have them every other week any more which would be great.
really need to get on top of the water drinking today and might have an ss+ day to get me back on track
how is everyone else doing? my stomach is finally feeling a bit better having put proper food in it. and after all, people kept offering me garlic bread with cheese and i managed to keep saying no so i think i did rather well!!
seems to be going better. i still have mood swings the size of the sahara but i also have days when i don't it's my poor OH i have no patience with. everyone else i seem to manage to cope with, ha. so he's getting the very short straw at the mo but he says he can cope for a few months
i do need to sort myself out a bit after being ill but i really want to get back on the straight and narrow. so an ss+ day today for me i think. get my body back into the swing of things. and lots and lots of water. gluggity glug for me today. didn't do more than 2litres yesterday. bad abi!!
i just got to the point where i was wasting my packs... because by the time i got home from work i was stuffing my face... i've got 3 and 1/2 boxes of packs from before so plenty to get me started and ed is having a go at slim fast and healthy eating because he was missing eating and found it hard at work...
would love to get a stone off by my birthday on 5th nov but it may be a tough call...

you can do it hon. just think about how much you want this. how much do you want to have a stone off for your birthday? if it's more than eating a sandwich (and lets face it, usually they aint that great) then you can do it!!
thanks susan. just at a bit of a loss as to what to do with my day. i'm still feeling a bit drained. i was thinking of going into the city centre for a wander but then i go there every day for work and it seems like soooo much effort. i think it really will end up being a book day. especially if i don't manage to drag myself away from minimins!! ha.
i am almost back to the weight on my ticker, ha. i went on holiday for a fortnight and gained a lot!! so. can't lose it all for chrimbo although that's what i originally wanted. but should be able to get to around 12st 7 which is about two stones away
of course we can sara it's a deal!! and talking of food is making me hungry. i haven't had my brekkie yet. hmm. porridge methinks or a bar. might have a bar...
i think that may be half my problem, i haven't got any bars just boxes and boxes of shakes lol but i probably shouldn't have bars for the first couple of weeks again...
i have the bottle of water. i'm just not drinking it!! ha. think i'm going to go and plonk some flavouring in it, find myself some brekkie and then read my book
