Thursdays plan - EE

breakfast - 28g puffed wheat, apple, coffee
lunch - 2 sausages (2), chicken and ham
dinner - pasta bake made from cheese ham and leek pasta and sauce, added bacon and mushroom, put in baking dish and top with 28g cheese and bake (1)
 
just want to note down this recipe to try on friday

sausage casserole for 2

1 garlic clove
1 onion
4 reduced fat sausages
1/2 can chopped toms
100ml chicken stock
worcester sauce
250g baby new potatoes halved
150g frozen peas


think i may top it with mash and sweet pot mash too
 
Thursday changed...EE

B - cup of coffee
l - 2 sausages (2), 4 ryvita and ellc Triangles (a + B)
d - sausage casserole with sweet pot topping and veg (2)
 
friday..EE

brunch - eggs, bacon, 2 nimble (b) and beans
dinner - left over spaghetti bolognaise with wholewheat pasta
 
lost 1lb last night which is about right so im happy with that. changed today to a red day. Wedding tonight and im sticking with my decision to drive to avoid extra synage.

Red

b - activia ff
l - 2 nimble with egg and bacon (b +1 for marg)
d - 100g wholewheat pasta (b) with syn free bolognaise

OOPS! fridays plan went out of the window once i got there. The car got abandoned, i got drunk and the buffet got demoloished. But on the positive side i had a brilliant night and i guess thats more important than maybe not loosing weight this week.

Sunday - Red

b - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk (b)
then had a bit of daughters sausage roll in a cafe so going to use all my syns for that - (15)
l - tin of drained tuna
d - left over bolognaise and wholewheat pasta
 
mondays plan - red

b - activia yoghurt, apple
l - sw quiche with bacon and ham in
dinner - 4 ryvita, 6 triangles, chicken drum sticks and salad
 
oh dear ive still not managed to get back on track - naughty me!! Really need to nip this in the bud now as my nanas scales said id gained 6lb since friday - is that even possible?!?

Tuesday - EE

breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and banana (b)
lunch (20 min break at work) - tin of drained tuna, apple and activia (1 for mayo)
dinner - pasta bake made from cheese and leek pasta n sauce with added bacon and mushrooms (1.5)

breakfast - strawbs, grapes and apple covered in FF natural yoghurt and sweetner
lunch - 4 ryvita (b) 6 cheeses (a), tikka chicken
dinner - 3 boiled eggs, 2 slices nimble (b +1 for marg)

B - fruit and ff fromage frais
l - 3 slices off WW danish (b) with beans and cheese (A)
d - syn free cottage pie full of super free foods, served with beans
evening - curly wurly (6) plus options dark (1.5)

still being a naughty porky. Cant handle the easter eggs around it just send me off track for the whole day! Today i WILL be good.

start the day with 45 min cardio
breakfast - 2 nimble (b + 1) with bacon and eggs
lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese
Dinner - syn free cottage pie and beans
evening - curly wurly (6) and dark options (1.5)
 
mondays plan - EE

breakfast - 2 weetabix with apple and ff yoghurt (b)
lunch - left over cottage pie and beans
dinner - chicken breast with bacon and cheese (A), baby new potatos and peas

evening - curly wurly (6)
 
tuesdays plan - EE

breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk (b)
lunch - left over sw quiche
dinner - chicken breast, mash potato, carrots, broccolli, peas and gravy (2)

breakfast - apple, banana and ff yoghurt
lunch - 3 ww danish with baked beans and 2 ellc triangles
dinner - syn free bolognaise made with extra lean mince, mushroom, onion, carrot, celery, hebs, worcestershire sauce, passatta and chopped toms served with taglitelle and the rest of a choice cheese
 
i am hunny have started another diary in the diary section as im challenging myself to 50 days 100% EEK!! on day 3 and craving choc haha x

d - pasta bake made from leek and ham pasta n sauce, added veggies and hex a cheese and bacon (b) - 1.5syn
evening - chocolate minimilk - 1.5syn
