So UD today and here's my food
Muesli with fresh raspberries and skimmed milk for breakfast
McDonalds cheeseburger happy meal for lunch
Home made spaghetti Bolognaise for dinner
Solero while at the park
2 glasses of wine, some cherries and caramel snack a jacks for snacks later
Diet coke and my usual 2 litres of sparkling water to drink
Total = 1924 calories
Plus a half an hour run this morning and a game of footie at the park :-D
