Aaaggghhhh I can't do this - I want food!! The thought of this for 3 weeks is doing my nut in :-( How did I do this for 5 months???!!!

I really think that my problem is that now I think I look ok (pretty ok if last night was anything to go by!) and so the incentive to stick to a vlcd has gone!

So I'm doing it the dark side until Sunday morning (that will be a full week) - WI that morning then I'm going to JUDDDD for a week. And then repeat if needed! That seems much better mentally - I'm dreaming of food on Sunday now lol!

For me it was this simple; choose CD again and lose weight quickly, but also lose ones marbles (and lets face it there are not a busting lot left anyway!) or try something more sensible and adjust things so they work for me and have a bit of patience whilst eating actual food and not being miserable!
Imagine if 'fishy' no1 wants to take u for dinner and ur stressing about hving to eat ur food instead of sip it?! As u said to me, life is for liviing xxx

Ahhh stop talking sense CL!! Im really not sure what to do???? I have been completely miserable today :-( But I want to lose last few pounds!

If i was losing weight at all with JUDDDD then I would have stuck it out but after the first 2 weeks I didn't :-( But maybe I need to try proper alternate days again? Which is what I did the first few weeks...???? Plus I can exercise on UD whereas I don't have enough energy on CD!

But I also hate giving in after i said I'd do it... Although ive already gone down from 3 weeks to one week lol! Plus if I do give in and stop CD I could have an UD tomorrow :) it's sooooootempting cause I'm hating this a lot! knor

Still here, just keeping quiet. I'm doing ok, think got the right mind frame just now. I had mastered juddd and I did lose 3lbs in September which is truely amazing considering how up my up days were! But cos of all ny messing around I just wanted to get a kick start! And when I'm a stone down I'll b Juddding properlyv :)

Al, this morning you said that you remember day 3 being the hardest. Today is day 3 ... it's always darkest before the dawn, my friend.

Early night and things will be better, easier, brighter tomorrow :D

The trouble is if you are "doing" CD it has to be for a length of time or it just doesn't work - there's no point suffering got a couple of days and then eating as it just cancels itself out :-(

I think I'm going to WI tomorrow morning on my way to work and see if I've lost any? Then decide what to do! X

Tbh though, I think you do actually wanna do this. I think you r going through the stage where your body will do anything! To get you to eat. You just gotta keep deciding to keep going x
