I really think that my problem is that now I think I look ok (pretty ok if last night was anything to go by!) and so the incentive to stick to a vlcd has gone!
So I'm doing it the dark side until Sunday morning (that will be a full week) - WI that morning then I'm going to JUDDDD for a week. And then repeat if needed! That seems much better mentally - I'm dreaming of food on Sunday now lol!

Caroline_Louise said:For me it was this simple; choose CD again and lose weight quickly, but also lose ones marbles (and lets face it there are not a busting lot left anyway!) or try something more sensible and adjust things so they work for me and have a bit of patience whilst eating actual food and not being miserable!
Imagine if 'fishy' no1 wants to take u for dinner and ur stressing about hving to eat ur food instead of sip it?! As u said to me, life is for liviing xxx

I think I'm going to WI tomorrow morning on my way to work and see if I've lost any? Then decide what to do! X
