Alex's JUDDDDing Ways

Fantastic! I think I'll be lucky this week, scales hideous after upday yesterday. That magic weightloss fairy better kick in today! Need to read diaries properly tonight - been a manic few days! X

Currently at the hairdresser having my back to school trim lol! So catching up with you lovely ladies while I wait :) x

Ok been out and bought some new work clothes today - as by the end of term I was having to hold my trousers up they were so big :-D

So in March when I started CD I was a tight size 20!!! I'm now a 14 bottom and a 12 (yes a 12!!!) on top OMG!! In clothes that actually fit I look ok and not fat at all!!

My final goal is to be a 12 on the bottom too and it doesn't feel so far away anymore :-D

I'm SOO chuffed today :-D

UD agdin today

Muesli, strawberries and milk for breakfast

Spaghetti hoops on toast for lunch (my inner child needed comforting!)

Burger and chips for dinner

A LARGE glass of Pinot for XFactor :-D

Yummy yummy yummy day and under 2000 calories :-D xx

DD!

So off to Asda to buy some weight watchers meals and stuff for my lunch at work - back tomorrow after 5 weeks off and I have to say I'm not looking forward to it even a tiny little but :-( Boo I want to be a lady of leisure!!!

A, I need to go to Tesco today but it seems like an impossible task at the moment .... any chance you might double up your shopping and pop it over for me? And if it's no trouble, perhaps you could cook our sausage sangers whilst you're here .... ;)

As my dear old mum used to say 'if you don't ask, you don't get ... '! ;)

If I wasn't on a DD I would be right over ;-) But I don't think I could stand cooking them and then not eating them :)

I hope the hangover improves :) But mine last at least 2 days now... A sure sign of getting old lol!

Bless you! :D

Never understood how hangovers get worse as you get older ... I thought if you practised something often enough, you got better at it!! ;)

We best keep trying then... Maybe by the time we get to 70+ we'll have the hang of it! Xx

Just had a yummy DD lunch

WW pitta bread with Quorn ham, cherry toms and extra light mayo with some WW crisps = 230 cals

Then having

WW Mediterranean vegetable pasta for dinner = 270 cals

Total 500 Calories dead!!!!

Getting used to DDs now and finding them easy to do - food is so much better than 500 calories of CD shakes yuck! I really don't know know how I lasted on it for 5 months???!

Hello I'm new I like ur diary specially the up days!! How many cals do u have on a down day? And I see u go over 2000 on up days does this affect losses?

Thank you - glad it helps :)

On a DD I have 500 calories - give or take a few!

UD vary from 1800-2800 depending on what's happening. I've lost 5 pounds in August and that's after coming over from a VLCD (having lost just over 3 stone on CD) so I'm pleased with that.

I'm hoping on a pound a week loss for the last stone so that I learn to eat healthily and can incorporate exercise.

I seems myself JUDDDDing for life now so I never have to lose this weight again (this is the third time I've lost this 4 stone) I love this way of eating - it works for me and my lifestyle :)

I hope that helps? And welcome to our lovely part of the world :) x

I was doing just calorie counting and I do it for 2 weeks I get bored and I eat everything in sight. And takes ages to get back into the right frame of mind again grrrr. I think juddding may work for me.....I love eating lol. I am 9 stone 9 pounds I need to lose 9 pound Atleast. I hope this diet works I'm starting on Tuesday after my weigh in on Monday x

All you need to remember is that while DDs are difficult to start with... (they definitely get easier as you go on!)... You are only dieting for one day at a time so you shouldn't get bored! Remdmber tomorrow you can have whatever you fancied today :)

My problem is on up days I think I'd eat the universe :-(

We all do to that to start with but tbh after a couple of weeks it calms down :) There really feels no need to binge as there's no guilt attached - just give it some time and you'll be great I promise ;-)
