Breakfast: Mini weetabix & arla skimmed milk

Snack: Flake 99, 45 calories (2.5) & ringos 61 calories (3)

Lunch: Tinned red salmon & boiled potatoes. No salad or fresh veg in. Must buy asparagus!

Dinner: Hubby’s SW friendly king prawn linguine with a hint of chilli & peppers in. I continue to be fussy at dinner time & gave my hubby all the king prawns. I just wasn’t digging it. Won’t be having that again.

After dinner snack; Nectarine & a pear, kvarg (0.5)

Fluid: Pepsi max mango

Monday 2nd Sept

Dodged a bullet because no weight gain after the takeaway last night.

Breakfast: Mini weetabix with arla skimmed milk.

Lunch: Low fat curry super noodles (2)
Packet of cheetos (3.5)

Dinner: SW Beef tagliatelle. Really love this ready meal, very tasty & generous 550g portion

Snack: Kvarg (0,5) Flake 99 (2.5)

Fluid: Diet Lemo, Pepsi max mango

My husband was admitted to hospital 8pm Tuesday night but is back home tonight. So I ate a few sandwiches, not ideal on slimming world, but I’ve managed to lose 2lbs this week.

Dinner SW beef tagliatelle ready meal

Husband: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with marmite.

Lunch: Tuna lunch on the go pot, packet of Cheetos.

Dinner: Ovened hunters chicken with wedges ready meal. He’s got no appetite. He’s only eating small portions. The antibiotics say may cause loss of appetite & tiredness.
 
Sunday 8th Sept

Brunch: 3 slices of smoked bacon

Snack: Sunbites (6.5)
Mini weetabix with arla skimmed milk

Dinner: SW Korean beef noodles.

Snack: Frozen yoghurt swirl (2.5)
Will have a nectarine & pear

Fluid: Pepsi max mango

Total syns: 9

Husband ate belvita biscuits, 2 packets of crisp, bacon butty & SW ready meal & has has 2 litres of sugar free water.
 
Friday 13th Sept

Haven’t been counting syns. Have lost weight because I haven’t been eating enough.

Mini magnum

Dinner: low fat curry supernoodles

Fluid: Far too much Pepsi max

Husband & I back to work on Monday. I’m very anxious about it. He’s not.

Lunch: Tuna in French dressing (3)

Breakfast; Wholemeal toast with Phili lightest

Snack: Apple
Plums & nectarines increase my blood sugars from 5.7 to 8.7 & chocolate increases it to 10.7 I’m better off eating veg with my type 2 diabetes.

Lunch: Tomato & herb pasta n sauce (1)

Dinner: SW friendly chicken satay (4.5) unfortunately had no peppers so contained only onion & mushrooms. Need to eat veg or salad with all meals to make the dish extra easy.

Fluid: Sugar free vimto cordial

40 mins swim. 15 lengths

Post exercise snack Pouch of tuna in French dressing (3) Good to have protein after exercise.

Looking good. Don't be any way concerned about counting pool lengths, it's the time spent doing the exercise not the distance that matters.
 
Friday 11th Oct

Breakfast: 1.5 slices Wholemeal toast with light spread

Lunch: Pouch of egg fried rice. Guessing (3)
Packet of ringos (3)

Dinner: Leek & mushroom sausage casserole containing paprika & baked beans

Fluid: Sugar free vimto cordial

Did 45 mins of walking, did a lot of moaning about my jelly legs & now I’m aching & shattered, but I’ll persevere with it as it’s free & I got to see some newly built houses I had no idea had been built on the grounds of my old high school.

A treat at the weekend instead of alcohol

Sunday 13th Oct

2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk. Need to add blueberries.

Dinner: Plant chef duck chosen as low in sat fat with peppers, mushrooms, onions & dried cooked egg noodles: 8 syns for the blue dragon hoisin & garlic sauce

Fluid: Sugar free vimto cordial

Monday 14th Oct

Breakfast: 2 weetabix & semi skimmed milk. Half a teaspoon of sweetener.

Lunch: tomato pasta n sauce (1)

Dinner: Salmon & sweet potato fries. No veg or salad though.

Fluid: sugar free vimto cordial & tasteless diet coke much prefer pepsi max.

Tuesday 15th Oct

Breakfast: 2 weetabix & semi skimmed milk

Lunch: Boiled tinned potatoes & tuna with a little Heinz light mayo

Dinner: Veg pie consisting of aubergine, courgette & mashed Cauli, no pastry

Fluid: Sugar free vimto cordial

Realised today I’ve decreased my bmi from 59 to 45.9 & lost 20% of my body weight. Well done me!

Lunch: Tinned red salmon, 2 sliced boiled egg, iceberg lettuce & fat free French dressing.

Dinner: Quorn steak strips, peppers, mushrooms & blue dragon black bean sauce (8 syns)

Fluid: Cordial
Exercise: 20 swimming lengths

Thursday 17th Oct

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: Tuna with light mayo jacket (6)
Phili lightest

Dinner: Left over veg pie
Still hungry so had low fat chicken super noodles

Fluid: Sugar free cordial
Exercise: 10 lengths
 
Friday 18th Oct

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 2 sliced boiled eggs, iceberg lettuce, yellow pepper, wafer thin chicken & fat free French dressing

Dinner: Salmon fillet, sweet potato fries & teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce

Fluid: Diet lemo, diet coke & single pink gin with slimline tonic.

Sat 19th Oct

Breakfast: Slice of wholemeal toast with phili lightest.
