Quite disappointed with a 0.5lb loss to be honest. I don't really know why - but Im guessing, from reading other posts here, that its just one of those things. This week I will try not to hold back with my syns so much - if it doesn't make a difference then there's no point! At least its going off in the right direction.... and I know... slow and steady..... but still, I thought maybe 1.5lbs at least! Just need to stay focused this week, 2lbs target to get my 1/2 stone award

Week Four

Start Weight: 10st 12lbs

Day 21 - Monday - Extra Easy - Syns 4 (4/10)

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix (HexB)
Mullerlight
Nectarine
Strawberries

Lunch:
Jacket potato
Heinz Spaghetti Hoops
28g Cheddar (HexA)
Cucumber
Cherry tomatos
Beetroot
Red Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar

Apple

Dinner:
Baked Sweet Potato
Chilli (onions, garlic, extra lean minced beef, tinned tomatos, herbs and spices)
Bag of steamfresh veg: broccolli, carrots and sweetcorn

Mullerlight
15g bag of chocolate buttons (4 syns)
Pear
Strawberries

Where Ive been so busy I havent really had the time to do proper veg - Im thinking this steamfresh bag isnt really enough - s.corn isnt superfree is it - so really its only the carrots and broccoli that count, I know its not enough.

you are doing fab :), 5lbs loss is great and don't feel down about 0.5lb off. It is still weight off that is the main thing, each time you feel down about 0.5lb, go and weigh something out that is 1/2 pound and then you will realise just how good a loss it actually is.

I have bought 2 melons but they're not ripe yet - grrrr!

Woo slight bonus, just realised I'd calculated my stones-->pounds wrongly, so I'd added an extra 2lbs to be lost on, which shouldn't be there! Could work out why I had more than 14lbs to lose when it was only a stone (idiot!)

Im working at getting out of it, but it's still there - why does it happen!? :( Luckily I haven't caved and have only been having free foods at hungry times but its horrible!

Day 25 - Friday - Red - Syns 7 (32/50)

We're off to a wedding reception this evening, so Im going to try to eat before we go - only thing is this means eating at mums again, and brekkie too as she's babysitting so we'll stay there overnight... I've packed some stuff but she said she has pork and veg so fingers crossed!

Not sure whether today will be red or extra easy but for now I'll say EE

Gutted, I bought all the ingredients to make minted lamb burger tonight but I can't find extra lean lamb mince ANYWHERE!

I'm so chuffed, I lost 3lbs :D AND got Slimmer of the Week :D I got a lovely basket of stuff including a pack of HiFi bars, which I've never tried before, so looking forward to them. Picked up the new mag and there looks like there are loads of lovely recipes in there :) Had a bit of a splurge in MAC and H&M to congratulate myself ;)

I'm so chuffed for you! Especially after you felt like you were having a terrible week! Aww, something must have really paid off! Maybe we lose weight by worrying ;)

Share share share, what did you splurge on? I'm refusing to add anything to my wardrobe for a while yet (mostly because I can't afford anything :p) so I have to live vicariously through other people :D

This top (IN A SMALL! :D) It looks massive, but its meant to be like that - really tight on arms and then baggy in the body (plus it means it covers my belly!)
