I just got back from WI, and lost 0.5lbs. I know it's not great, but Im happy - for some reason I was expecting a gain - I had a good loss last week and I just have to remember that.
I nearly cried twice at WI - once, there's a 66 year old man there, his daughter in law just gave birth to twins, making him a grandad for the first time - and hes lost 5 stone - he said now he will live longer and will be there at their 21st birthday - and he can go to Disneyland now! And another lady, she's lost 2 stone in 12 weeks - her son's getting married on the weekend - she originally bought a size 20 outfit, then took it back to change for an 18, and now she's had to take it back to change it to a 16! Inspirational!
I think I'm going to jump on the fishy week bandwagon! Well, apart from tonight's dinner as I have lamb!
