Ok so back to plan today.

75ml skimmed milk and two tbspn sugar free monin for my morning coffee

1 tea, 50ml skimmed milk and sweetner

Salad leaves and smoked salmon with lemon juice for lunch

Dinner lamb casserole
Mint choc option 1.5 syns
Hartley 10kcal jelly pot 0.5 syns

Released didnt have enough calcium so knocked back a babybel.

Preparing for my trip tomorrow, taking water and mugshots and fruit to keep me going and going to try to be good. Even got my gym stuff as tomorrow I have a run to complete and then thats week 3 done for couch to 5k. My left Achilles is twanging a bit so might have to see how I go. Usually subsides on my rest day.

OK back from the trip. Due for the first run of week 4 today but I'm so busy with work and tonight we are off to London to see Billy Connerly. I tried to be as good as possible whilst I was away. When making my dinner choice in the restaurant the first night I was asking for Steak and jacket potato but they didn't have a jacket and then I just said "slimming world friendly please". Turns out the waitress just started SW the night before! Had veggies with no butter, steak with no oil and a full non syn meal!

So I tried to make the best choices and stepped on the scales this morning and I am down to 14st 6lbs!!! Thats 4st 1 lb loss (unofficially as weigh in is saturday!) I love this diet. And I love when I don't get distracted from it and do well. We are out for dinner tonight before the show, my mum and husband with me but they have a steak option, it can be done.

Might try going out in the size 16 jeans!

Weigh in today 14st 7lbs! The 4 stone mark is official. Unfortunately I had a blow out meal when in London last night but we won't go into that and lets just think about the plan this week!
Was so busy yesterday I didn't get my run in so thats on the schedule today.
 
Yesterday was back on plan although not for going for a run!

Cheese and Brocolli pasta and sauce with chicken thigh (annoying to cut th fat off but more tasty than breast) broccoli and carrots on top

Didn't drink enough water and didn't go for a run. But I did watch that programme on trust me I am a dr that again is saying limiting food to a 10 hour window is the way to go. Will try 8am to 6pm but it means I don't get to eat with my husband who doesnt come home till after 7pm most days.
Bought a load of Alpen light bars from ASDA and I think that HiFi bars are better! Seen some make your own on Pinterest so since I am not going home once the stores have run dry I will try to make my own.

Hope everyone is doing well, I am trying to set my goal on that next half stone now. Got 2/3 nights away this week so have to stay on track
 
So I knew I was going out for the husbands birthday and so no syns and we picked the beefeater to go to because I love steak. But in order to keep on track with the running I made myself go to the gym for run 1 of week 4 which increased the jogging time to 5 minutes in one go and I made it!

TBone steak, salad no dressing and a bowl of curly kale and a cup of tea no sweetner or sugar and a dash of milk out of the allowance

Dinner
Was so full just microwaved some of the left over lamb casserole and had that.

Made a SW quiche and some leek and potato soup up for the husband who is unhappy that he has put on since his 2 stone loss - however you should have seen his choices at Beefeater! Gammon steak eating the fat, fried egg, chips and a huge dessert under the guise it was his birthday! He had an initial 2 stone loss target, met it and then went off the rails since but blames being abroad for work. I keep asking if he wants to get serious again as I am, but he is a little noncommital. I will be up in Runcorn this week for at least 2 nights (maybe 3) him and the soup and low syn sausages will be at home.
Packed and made sure satsumas, apples, mugshots, options, and 25g portions of oats are ready to come with me to stay on track.

So today was a bit of a nightmare but on track with sw at least.

Normal breakfast
Starbucks skinny sugar free latte at the services
Waitrose tuna nicoise salad (no dressing) and a pack of smoked salmon for lunch.

Apple
Papaya and mango pack from waitrose - so good!
Melon and grape pack from waitrose

Dinner
Fillet steak (on expenses!) Salad with lemon add the dressing. Carrots courgette and parsnip with no butter on the side (I sneaked in a few chips)

Salted caramel option two syns.

Will pack bag with fruit for tomorrow in the office and fingers crossed for lunch. Second run off week 4 is due aswell
 
Ok another tough day made by some blooming cales and sandwiches heading to our meeting room at lunchtime!

Had two triangle 1/4 sandwiches (hopefully got some hex to spare)
Cherry bakewell - ok it was bad and initially I refised a cake but then it kept calling me! I peeled the icing off and so I tried to be a little good.

Even though I asked for no butter on my steak and with my meal they screwed it up and put butter all over the veg and the salad came with dressing over it! Picked out my steak fron the fat and then asked for a side salad no dressing to acompany it (the joys of work picking up the bill!)

Did run 2 of the week 4 couch to 5k, starting to fret about what step up week 5 is! But as the programme says concentrate one step at a time so will worry about it in 3 days time when its time to step up. This weeks compliation is Michael Jackson and I can't wait to get off this playlist!

Decided to drive home to surprise hubby, so motorway services it was. Surprised to find the tossed place at the services. Had a jacket potato and beans then got some waitrose melon fruit packs to eat in the car.

Got home and had a small piece of hubbys birthday brownie. It could have been alot worse. Bad thing is it is sat in the kitchen! Going to cut it into cubes and put it in the freezer.

Today is stay on plan so get a good loss this week and head to the gym for run 3 of week 4 eek. And get a new battery for my scales (its ran out!)
 
Ok work is really busy and didn't get time to go to the gym but will fit it in today.

Ok so yeterday for some reason I wanted to eat my way through the house but I kept thinking about weigh in day to try to kerb the syns. Lost 0.5lb this week and so it will be a good loss next week just before I go away on holiday if I keep on track. Went for a massage to celebrate the 4 stone milestone loss (do this as a treat when I hit a 1/2stone loss - better than eating for the treat!)

Those bloody brownies! Well they are gone now. Lets not talk about how they disappeared on their merry way!

Been pretty much on plan today (except for brownie incidents!) Lunch was jacket spud with tuna and sweetcorn with some lighter than light mayo. Dinner beef casserole with cabbage. Made some SW scotch eggs to sit in the fridge and going shopping today so will stock up on some fruit and get a quiche in the oven, oh and perhaps a soup needs making up for lunches

So a heavy syn day but I got my week 5 run 1 in. Need to get outside and not on the treadmill for the next one on Tuesday.
Also popped out and had to buy a new swimsuit size 16!
 
Well I know I shouldn't but I do. I weighed myself this morning and am 0.6lbs away from getting below the 200lb line. I am also trying to limit my eating window to 10 hours per day as all these Dr programmes are suggesting its good for you. Trying to stick to 9am to 7pm. One thing I am noticing is that the evening snacking is stopping. This can only be a positive thing as I tend to polish off a few Mullerlights and Hartney jellies without even trying!

Also I went to my "smaller clothes" target drawer. I now fit into my size 16 work trousers (a bit tight on the thighs but can sit in them), also I have a pair of 14 stretchy jeans from Sainsburys, which I can get into and do up! These are not comfortable but it shows I am getting where I want to be. Unfortunately I have lots of lose skin but trying moisturising with cocoa butter and hoping it snaps back. Might try to pick up the strengthening exercises along side the couch to 5k programme and see if that helps tone up. A bit disheartening seeing a negative side to losing weight.

Again not really drinking enough water and got to watch my calcium intake is not too low. Want to break the 200lb before holiday and the flight is saturday.

Run 2 week 5 tomorrow and can't wait to get out of the house, and trying to keep to this 10 hour eating window

Quite a heavy syn day for me today. I completed the Week 5 Run 2 today (two 8 minute runs eek) my Achilles heel is really hurting and I am really frustrated that I probably won't continue on the training. Its been aching for a while after doing the runs but last night in bed (on my rest day) it was throbbing again and now after the run I am ready to hit the paracetamol. That combined with stress of trying to finish outstanding reports before holiday plus miscommunication with the husband leading to him standing in the rain waiting for me to pick him up for 15 minutes (I am such a bad wife!) and just generally flying off the handle at things because I am stressed is getting me down. Just had a cry on the husbands shoulder but bless him he is under pressure aswell with trying to complete work before going away. Argh

One thing to feel proud of is I stuck to the 10 hour window for food and I was on plan today, But this is not making me feel better. Would love to go raid the malteaser bunny cupboard and eat my weight in cookies but this will make me feel more upset so I will not do it. Pfffttt sums it up today.

Bed for me and a tablet.
 
Right well, yesterday was a weird rocky wobble. I made a sports physio appointment yesterday and took a painkiller. Weirdly enough no pain! R3 is a full 20 minutes (longest run so far has been 8 minutes) so I think since R3 is my last run pre holiday and I have no pain now, I am going to cancel the appointment and do run 3. It will not get the better of me. If I have pain at the end at least I can say I got up to doing 20mins solid and can retry the programme when better.

Also I just had a sneaky weigh in (not official as that is saturday), 199.5lbs! The sub 200lbs! Thats 0.7kg off getting under 90kg one of my mini goals.

But blimey I think the mood swings are being instigated by the 10 hour eating window!

Well I finished one report out of the four I need to do before holiday and time is running out, why oh why is it wednesday! Who let that happen?!?

Fell off the 10 hour window ladder, was working at my desk and suddenly remembered I had to eat! So it was an 11 hour window today
