Bad cold and stomach pain blahhh

Lunch: bacon and cheese sandwich, banana
Tea: cumin spiced gammon with mango salad

Not even bothering to update my syns on here for today, i'm way way way over, just want to drown in chocolate.
 
After last night binge fest which resulted in over 100syns of choc being consumed I'm trying to good today, though not even attempted to make any of the syns up, no point as I'll be semi off plan Sunday and Monday as having a birthday meal Sunday night and my birthday monday

Breakfast: All bran choc crunch, pear
Lunch: Linda McCartney sausages, barbecue beans, strawberries and blueberries and muller light
Tea: moroccon lamb and chickpea spiced rice

Hea: milk
Heb: all bran choc crunch

Syns: 3x buttermints 3, dried apricots 2.5, mint club 6, cherry Bakewell Alpen 3.5

Free snacks: fig, pear, nectarine

Feeling really rough today, wish they'd find what's wrong with me

Lunch: Dairylea slices and ham on toast, pear
Tea: chicken in black bean sauce, yog, pear

Was very off plan yesterday and today looks set to be the same, Yay for birthdays Haha.

And I've pretty much been forced to come off the pill, remember last time I became suicidal on it... Yeah I got to that state again. I was so depressed Friday I worried everyone I think.

Was on plan all weekend but was so Ill with the unknown illness the last 2 days I basically couldn't be bothered doing anything, including getting off the sofa

Yes, everything is normal, according to my doctor I'm "a picture of health"
