Been out today, wasn't sure I'd be on plan, but as it turned out I was, may go a little one syns, may not. And we're running low of fruit lol

Breakfast: strawberries, blueberries, melon and mango, aldi yog
Lunch: tuna mayo jacket potato and side salad, wagon wheel
Tea: cheesy scrambled egg and salmon, strawberries, melon and blueberries

Hea: cheese
Heb: All bran

Syns: mayo 5, wagon wheel 8, drop of milk 0.5, jelly belly 5

Free snacks: aldi greek yog, 2x plums

Not sure how today will pan out, feel sick and generally rubbish, suppose to be going a gig tonight, but for 3rd gig in a row not sure if I'll have to back out

Decided I was gonna have a meal off plan once we decided to go the gig, felt rough but cos I could walk and stand I wasn't too bad, pains much worse when sitting/lying, but decided to have a nandos, had mango and line chicken wings, chips and garlic bread... Sure the 12k steps my fitbit totally up makes up for that lol

Writing yesterday off, kinda overdosed on chocolate

Lunch:pear, spaghetti hoops and bacon
Tea: stir fry beef with noodles, 2x plums, nectacot

Heb: weetabix

Syns: caramel highlights 2, 2x pink n white 5, 2x choc snack a jacks 6, ketchup 0.5, options ginger 2

Free snacks: grapes, apple, plum, nectarine

Oooh chocolate. I could do with some now. Right now....

I know the feeling, wonder there is any left in our fridge after yesterday.

Gastroscopy... Normal. Everything looks perfectly healthy. So why the hell I am in so much pain that I can't work cos I can't sit long enough and get bad patches of being seriously unwell.

Congratulations on the loss, but bad news on the gastroscopy. I really hoped it would find the cause of your troubles - what's the next step now?
