Ally's Diary - take two

Lost 4.5lb. Probably to do with not eating a great deal at weekend combined with coming off the pill.
 
Breakfast: fruit n fibre, ww yog
Lunch: salmon and philly ryvita,aldi yog, nectarine
Tea: steak and salad, pancake with banana and froyo

Hea: milk
Hea: philly
Heb: fruit n fibre
Heb: ryvita

Syns: 2x butter mint 2, plain flour 5, froyo Ben and jerrys 5.5, shapers choc toffee popcorn 4.5, shapers crispy caramel 4.5, gold bar 6

Free snacks: nectarine, banana, apple

My head is screwed up today, I literally do not know what to think or do. Was told last night about a sticky situation that my bf got into a few years ago before we were together (we were friends at the time) which landed him in a lot of trouble, I half knew about it at the time but he elaborated on the truth so I didn't know the full extent until last night. I love the guy, but I don't know what to do, I'm not even sure how I feel about the whole thing. That mixed with bad pain has left me just totally drained today.

Breakfast: weetabix with hot white choc milk
Lunch: pear, ham and cheese sandwich
Tea: spicy fishcakes and salad

Hea: milk
Hea: dairylea light slices
Heb: weetabix
Heb: bread

Syns: options white 2, shapers choc caramel 4.5, shapers mint 4, pops 4

Free snacks: mango, ww yog, 2x nectarine

Everyone embellishes... especially when they care enough to not want someone to know the whole truth - the other story may not be the complete truth either... But your b/f needs to know that it is affecting you and that you need this from him.

I think we've sorted it, kinda. Took a talk with my mum though to help me figure it out.

Tea: bacon cheeseburger and chips, banana, aldi yog

Hea: 1/2 milk, 1/2 cheese
Heb: wholemeal roll

Syns: walkers ready salted 8.5, pink n white 2.5 100g mccains 5% chips 1.5, highlights caramel 2

Being sent for a gastroscopy, gotta wait for that now. Gp was instructed that if the pain continued to send me for a gastroscopy when I was discharged from hospital in Jan... This could have been done 8 weeks ago but the kept refusing to send me.
