lost 2.5lb
yay, that gives me club 10! need another half pound for my 1.5st (since jan)
Going to attempt to save up some syns over the week, but we all know what i'm like doing that so probably won't happen and i'll end up flexi synning...we are going out on sunday for fathers day so i'll either save syns or flexi that day.
Also going to attempt to not weigh until next tuesday...oh wait, maybe monday cos i have my health assessment at the gym monday night, but anyway i'm used to weighing everyday, need to break the habit so even going 6 days will be hard.
