Ally's Diary - take two

Hehe I went swimming for an hour. That good enough? :p
 
I ordered a dress last week in a size 12 (1 or 2 sizes (depending on the item) smaller than usual, 3 sizes smaller than my other dress) cos I don't need it until October but it was right price and thought by then I'll have shrunk more so best go for a smaller size. Failing not getting in it by then one of my colleagues is a seamstress so she could take it out. Anyway it arrived...

Apparently this is a size 12 dress i can already fit in. I've never ever fit a 12 before.

lost 2.5lb :D yay, that gives me club 10! need another half pound for my 1.5st (since jan)

Going to attempt to save up some syns over the week, but we all know what i'm like doing that so probably won't happen and i'll end up flexi synning...we are going out on sunday for fathers day so i'll either save syns or flexi that day.

Also going to attempt to not weigh until next tuesday...oh wait, maybe monday cos i have my health assessment at the gym monday night, but anyway i'm used to weighing everyday, need to break the habit so even going 6 days will be hard.

Breakfast: strawberries and melon, shape 0% yog
Lunch: Ham sandwiches, banana, nectarine
Tea: bacon, sausage and egg

Hea: milk

Syns: marg 1, millionaires bite 3, trident gum 1, choc finger 1.5, midget gems 3, 1tsp cocoa powder 1, options banana 2
Total syns: 12.5
Free Snacks: prepacked fruit, strawberries

Oooo cake. I was good, i didnt go for the muffins, i had a millionaires shortbread bitesize thing, 3 syns :)
 
I should wear heels more often, i've had 3 people telling me how good i look today, and 2 yesterday (only difference is I have heeled sandals on rather than my flat shoes), Rob came in and was like "look at you, i've only been off a week and you look so damn slim, you'll be needing new clothes! Whats your secret?". He knows how to flatter a girl!

I avoided the scales this morning yay. Another 5 days to go.
 
I have cravings again.

For chicken.

So i bought some. Least its something synfree unlike usual haha
