Ally's Diary - take two

Pattern I adapted slightly
 
It's a good job strawberries are superfree. I have a punnet on my desk that i bought before work this morning...I may kind of eaten half the punnet already...
 
Breakfast: weetabix, banana and honey, ww yog
Lunch: chicken tikka on ryvita with salad, apricot, cherries
Tea: meatballs, gravy and veg, mango and strawberries

Hea: milk
Hea:
Heb: weetabix
Heb: 3x cracker black pepper ryvita

Syns: honey 2, gravy 1, gum 1.5, 9x gummi bears 3.5, pom bears zoo 5
Total syns: 13
Free snacks: prepacked fruit, cherries


Going to take my butt over the gym tonight since it hasn't been there last Tuesday.

Been costa, didnt realise the fruit coolers were quite so high in syns, Oopsy, least i only drank half of it!

Breakfast: french toast with banana, honey and cinnamon
Lunch: courgette and red onion quiche
Tea: jacket potato and cheese with pineapple cottage cheese and salad, 1/2 chocolate scan bran cake with cherries

Hea: milk
Hea: rf cheddar
Heb: bread
Heb: scan bran

Syns: honey 2, 1/2 Costa tropical cooler 8, cocoa powder 5
Total syns: 15
Snacks: 1/2 chocolate scan bran cake with strawberries

What was the scan bran cake like, that sounds like a lovely mix.
 
Pretty good, reminds me of a kinda black forest type thing, got half now and save half for later, think I overdid the cocoa powder though, first time I think I can ever say it's a bit to chocolatety for me!

Haha. Still ate it :p and is the end of that is specsavers last 3 times they've got my prescription wrong haha
 
My stomach ain't half making weird noises. Wonder if it has something to do with the scan bran hmm
 
We're off to Cheshire Oaks today so don't know what we're doing for lunch, hopefully I can make it at least semi SW friendly.

Breakfast: mango, peach and cherries, shape delight 0% yog
Lunch: salmon and cream cheese bagel
Tea: pork broth thing (hairy bikers recipe)
Snack: cupcake

Hea: philadelphia
Heb: cherry alpen

Syns: bagel 12, cupcake 8, 8x Cadbury mis shape 20
Total syns : 40

Go Cheshire Oaks for work trousers, came back with no trousers (14's do up but slightly tight, 16's massive so stick with mine for now), but came away with 2 pairs of shoes and chocolate from the Cadbury outlet :D

Managed to keep lunch semi SW friends have gone slightly over syns though.

Lunch: pork and prawn ball broth thing, strawberries
Tea: steak and salad, nectarine

Hea: milk
Heb: 2x alpen lights

Syns: cornflour 1, 2 and 3/4 chocolate fingers 4, 2x gummi bears 1, trident gum 0.5, 2x Cadbury mis shapes 5, banana options 2, marshmallows 1
Total syns: 14.5

Can someone please talk me into going the gym tonight. I didn't go yesterday, now i'm doing a good job of talking myself out of going tonight with my main reason being "i can't be bothered"
 
Thank you. I was just thinking about going swimming instead of in the gym. Need to work my chocolate off from yesterday in time for weigh in tomorrow
 
I'm actually nervous about WI in this week, after last weeks gain, i can't have another gain less I won't hit my mini target of 13st for RFL. I need 2lb loss to reach club 10, 3lb for 1 and half stone (since jan)...and after last nights chocolate slip up, its making me nervous.
