Haha, my dragons are made of felt, one ones felt and ones fur, i'll post pics for you later so you can see. Hmm never done a knitted dragon, may have to make one, something dragon related i haven't got!
 
Oh! I just assumed haha... I'd like to see a picture, I'm crafty with no imagination so I rarely do anything. have you ever heard of swap-bot?

Haha, i'll take some when i get home, when i remember where they are located in my room hehe. Nope, guessing it involves...well swapping stuff? (I am such a genius for figuring that much out!)

I weighed myself around 3 times this week, first week on SW my scales are out 3.5lb from groups anyhow so the number isn't really right, altho i have lost apparently. I'm doing it so i can keep on track tho, not everyday x
 
I am usually a serial weigher but this week i didn't do it, it does keep me on track though! i understand why people do it, it gives you a kick up the bum if you need it but it can be disheartening at times too x
 
I always weigh everyday, i broke the habit for a while, but then started again, now i need to break it again i think. First time today since march that i havent weighed myself, ( i only stopped in march for 3 days cos i was away with no scales!)
 
I has been the gym, didnt need to be talked into going today. May go friday but not sure whether to swim or go in main gym. Saturday i am either walking up a mountain or getting tattooed, don't know which yet, mountain seems most likely as still waiting for my tattoo artist to get back to me haha
 
I was thinking of taking the gym up but think it's too much too soon as I'm currently building myself up after getting quite bad panic attacks and agoraphobia for a year. Since moving I've stopped panicing everyday, i'm finding leaving the house so much easier, first panic attack in the past 2 weeks, today before WI but i let it pass and carried on and went out and even resisted asking Daniel for a lift. <3 Gym perhaps end of summer... haha

Least your getting there, don't rush and go at your own pace and you'll be at the gym before you know it :)
 
So it was hard resisting the scales this morning, was so tempted to get on them, 4 days left of avoiding them, was even hard resisting them at the gym last night!

I'm yet to eat anything today, I woke up late, not sure why, just was exhausted and when i eat heavy the next day i don't feel hungry for ages. Should really try and eat something soon! <3
 
Just try eating something light, even if it just a piece of fruit or something. I find i'm like that with lunch at weekend i just dont feel like eating eat.
 
Havent done my squats for last 2 weeks...hmm maybe i should do them tonight since my ass has barely left my chair all day and I can't go gym tonight.

I had a SW BLT lol. Cleaned my guinea pigs out who seem so happy and I'm going to have a drink and some fruit then doing the ironing. I could do with starting some exercise tbh, I usually do EA Active 2 on xbox but we still haven't set it up. It's taking longer then expected to get this house in order... we've moved in 20th of May... Front room still isn't useable, back room is looking better and bedroom but my craft room isn't really set up and the gym needs a bit more doing to it haha.

Have you seen improvement from doing squats? I should do some measurements too.

I was pretty good first 3 days on holiday, then had a rest day & haven't got back to it. You've made me think I will today. I'm going to restart at a 100.
