Ally's Diary - take two

Did half and hour in gym then decided I couldn't be arsed to do anymore but it was ugh better than not going at all! Got home to dad moaning at me cos I'm going on a mini road trip in october following Bowling For Soup round (going Manchester, next day driving to leeds, day after that to whitby for a day off by the sea, then drive to Newcastle, then back to Sheffield, back home for a day, then to Birmingham and back home again), and he reckons i cant afford it but I have saved enough to be able to do it and told him that (and also give him a kick in the shins with "I'll spend the money I earn on what I want, I am living my life, you lived yours how you wanted, now I'm doing the same in my way" ), then everyone else was whining at me... And i didnt eat all the chocolate cos of it and i avoided the scales at the gym yayay
 
Yeah he spent all his on car parts, alcohol and fags, most of my money goes on gigs, it's the second time he's moaned about this sort of thing, pretty much the same convo resulted from it that time too
 
Breakfast: 2x apricots, bacon and scrambled egg
Lunch: cracked black pepper ryvita with cottage cheese and chicken tikka
Tea: pork and prawn ball broth, strawberries and muller light frozen yog

Hea: milk
Heb: ryvita

Syns: ketchup 0.5, mini flumps 3, mini creme egg 2.5, Cadbury mis shapes 5
Total syns: 11
Free snacks: banana

Hmm MFP says the walk I've just done burned about 350 calories (about 20 was uphill rest was flat ish for 50 mins, my heart rate monitors says 650...big difference not sure which is closest.
 
Going out for lunch tomorrow so I'm going to flexi it, i have some syns saved from the week (17 i think) so i'll in use them as well as my normal 15, will work out if i need any more syns than that and add the extra on too.

Tea tomorrow is suppose to be my prawn and pork ball noodle broth again but I've put in too much chilli and not sure I can handle the hotness again!
 
Ok so I'm going for an extra easy day tomorrow, and planning on lunch being sausage, chips and beans (if I've figured where dad's planning on going right, I'm fairly certain it will be the greasy spoon restaurant he likes in llangollen)

So I worked out (according to SW website) an average portion of chips is 17.5, sausages are around 6 each, beans will be free so, 30.5 there. Still debating on cake after so i may make it 50, then obvs if I'm good and don't have the cake i can leave it at 30.5...thats if i don't change my mind on the sausage chips and beans before tomorrow too. Guess I'll just have to go with the flow :p
 
At the moment plan for today is

Breakfast: mango and melon, ww yog
Lunch: sausage bap with ketchup, coffee and walnut cake
Tea: philly on toast, strawberries

Hea: 2/3 milk, 1/3 philly light
Heb: bread

Syns: (flexi day up to 50) sausages 12, large white bap 7.5, marg 4, cake 20, Ben and jerrys cookie dough 16, Cadbury mishapes 15
Total syns: 74.5

So flexi day ended up more flexible than anticipated. Think I'll just write it off.
 
Lol at the 74 :) everything sounds well yummy though. I sit next to a KFC advert when waiting for the bus after work :'(

How you feeling today? I've worked Sat and Sun, I'm ending the week feeling high :bananalove:
 
KFC and McDonald's don't bother me tbh i can easily love won't them, it's just generally going out and going to a normal cafe i struggle with! Hmm, feeling but dodgy this morning, heads killing me, don't wanna go gym tonight but got to cos I've got my health assessment

Breakfast: porridge with golden syrup
Lunch: fried rice with pork, banana, 2x apricots
Tea: jacket potato with beans and salad, ww yog

Hea: milk
Heb: porridge

Syns: golden syrup 2.5, gum 0.5, midget gems 1, Cadbury mis shapes 10
Total syns: 14
Free snacks: prepacked fruit, apricot, plum

Now i think about it, I could already have 32 syns yesterday (15 + the ones i'd saved in the week), to that makes me 42 over, if i can save some syns today (i can try...)...i've actually been a lot more over than that in a week and lost before, so all is not lost yet. Even if my scales are showing s STS this morning (official weigh in tomorrow, i only want half a pound, then i'll be out of the 13's and get my stone and half award)
 
I said i was today cos i'd be weighed tonight at the gym anyway (got my health assessment) :p
 
haha, i wish my scales wouldn't work, would stop me getting on the damn things, though i did go 5 whole days without weighing, it may be a record!
 
Sat drinking ginger tea... Not convinced I like it yet, even though I love ginger!
 
Hi guys sorry to butt in but I don't know how to just make a post of my own, I was just wondering if ur period affects ur weightloss plz. I don't usually av them cus I'm on the depo injection for the pill, I read on here sumwhere , that the diet cud effect ur periods and I think this is why I'm having one, just need to know if it cud av effected my weightloss, thanks guys,xx

No probs, it depends some people find they stay the same or have slight gains, but others (me included when i actually get them) find their weightloss isn't affected.
