Thank you, I've just done week 1 and lost 11lb so I'm Realy plzd, but just wondered if it wud av bin more if I wasn't avin a period xx

Wow, 11lb is amazing. I doubt it would have been much more if any.
 
My scales seem to be pointing at a big loss again this week... I had a good day, started a bit confusing but it's good now.
Let me know about your assessment :) I'm just watching Phil Spencers secret agent so I can have a snoop in peoples houses haha.

Haha, well looks like I'm heading for a stay the same, hoping a stint in the gym might help but I'm not hopeful haha never watched that, but i do like being nosy :p
 
So my health assessment was cancelled hour before it was due to happen grr, rescheduled for next Monday. Went gym for half hour anyway, just did 15 on cross trainer and 15 on bike

I was right annoyed, "due to an incident he now had to cover for the other duty manager" but when i was in gym he was there doing an induction was another lad, he even spoke to me, ah well, just do it next Monday (time for me to get out of the 13st's)
 
Gained 1lb, not happy, not convinced it's all cos of Sunday. Exercise was increased a fair bit last week so could be that I guess. Better lose it next week, last weigh in before race for life, so my mini goal of being 13st will need to be met next WI

In the last week I've done
20 min walk, 1 hour swimming
15 min walk, 45 mins in gym
25 min walk, 30 mins in gym
15 min walk
1 hr 10 mins walk
30 mins gym

In most of the weeks prior it's been 15 mins walking everyday, wii on a Saturday and maybe a walk on a Sunday, so guess my body needs to adjust to the exercise.

Breakfast: choc porridge, apricot
Lunch: philly and salmon slices on ryvita, 2x plums
Tea: lm red onion and rosemary sausages, bacon and egg

Hea: milk
Hea: 1/3 extra light philly, 1/3 cheddar
Heb: porridge
Heb: ryvita cracked black pepper

Syns: banana options 2, midget gems 2, gum 1, oatcake 6, chocolate finger 1.5, ketchup 0.5, mis shape 7.5
Total syns: 20.5
Free Snacks: bacon (in the oatcake), apricot, strawberries and melon topped with ww vanilla yog

Gah, just put all my body magic in for last week on SW website which SHOULD give me my platinum award...but no its give me gold again even though i've already completed two golds in a row, stupid website.
 
Been slightly naughty and had an oatcake from the sandwich lady, luckily she is a SW person so bacon is grilled wooo, so that just leaves 6 syns for the oatcake and half a healthy a for the cheese :)
 
Better get a good loss next week (ie more than 1lb) less i won't be amused.So much water its a wonder i'm not drowning already with the amount i drink :p

Hey, I'm sure it'll come off, I'm afraid to start exercising because last time i stopped losing completely when I started exercise, however i need to start soon!

Yeah i was the same when i first introduced the wii. Hopefully my body will have adjusted by next week, i am likely to throw a major strop if i gain or sts again.
 
Decided I'm going to start posting what liquids in consuming and what exercise I'm doing this week so I can keep track, that pound plus some is coming off next week I will meet that mini goal of being 13st for race for life, especially since I was there last week! Soo...

Body magic: 15 min walk at lunch 1 mile, 1hr 10 walk 3.6 miles
Fluids: 7 glasses water, 1 tea with milk

Body magic: 10 mins walking, 30 mins gym

Is it normal for arms to ache like crazy after swimming...a week later. They've been aching off since tuesday last week and still ache, even more so if i lift my arms up like the muscle pulls in my arm (well both arms), its driving me insane. All the swimming i used to do and they've never ached this much before.
