Done my measurements, from last time I did them few weeks ago, i've lost 2 inch off to chest, 1 inch off my waist, half inch off my hips, 1 inch off my thigh, arms have stayed the same.
 
Yeah it did seem to work, but think I might talk to my boss about the air con, since my eyes have only started hurting in work when the air con is on.

Air con drys my contact lenses out, which is so irritating.

Lunch: prawn and ham and chicken salad, strawberries
Tea: asparagus souffle and salad, strawberries and muller choc dessert

Hea: 2x babybel
Heb: porridge
Heb: 2x alpen lights

monday monring weigh in eve preliminary scale hop is showing a 1.5lb loss which takes me below 13 stone and gives me 1.5 stone award woo, we shall see tomorrow if that sticks though.

Also never mentioned the other day I went swimming on saturday and the hot life guard noticed me struggling with my nose clip (since as far back as I remember water up my nose gives me panic attacks and gives me "visions" which i actually found out the meaning off when i did Past Life Regression a few years back) so he came over, we got talking and he started helping me and with his encouragement and help i managed to swim without my nose clip for first time ever and when water did go up my nose i didn't panic, and i even managed to swim with my head in the water without the clip, definitely a first.
 
I'm sat in work getting excited about getting my tattoo even though its 3 weeks away...and then remembering my foot one is being redone at same time (should have gone to my usual artist in the first flippin place then it wouldnt have to be redone) and that was murder last time...kinda made me less excited haha
 
Hey, well done on the loss, good news. Also on the nose clip - that's great, it's a huge leap forward in swimming to be able to put your head under water and be comfortable with it. I still struggle with this unless I practice, which as I'm married to a dolphin isn't great! Incidentally, I'm with you on the air con - kills my lenses.

That's such a huge accomplishment, I hope your proud and perhaps the guy should be a counsellor as well as a life guard! hehe

I'm very proud of myself, my mum and friend have been trying to get me to swim without it since i was 5 or 6 but couldn't, it would just trigger the panic attacks and drowning visions. I even failed getting my school swimming award cos they wouldn't let me dive under the water with my clip, i had to do it without and i wouldn't haha

Seems a bit mean to stop a child from using something that has been made for swimming in the first place >.<!

Mum probably didnt want me wearing it cos i look such a muppet with it on. The the swimming baths were mean back then anyway , i remember them only letting us floats for 5 mins then we had to try and swim on our own regardless of how confident we were (don't know if they still that mean though wouldn't be surprised if they are)
 
I hope the theory that drinking plenty of water helps weight loss....apart from yesterday i have drunk so much water its a wonder the toilets aren't sick of seeing me.

My 15 minute health assessment last night turned into 45 minutes of Adam showing me resistance machines (just upper body ones next session will be lower i think he said) with no health assessment in sight, which don't bother me! So we spent 45 mins of him showing me shoulder press and 3 other machines, i did like the look on his face though when he found i was perfectly capable of lifting heavier than the "average woman" usually first manages, he started me at 10kg which i found to light on all the machines, and 15kg was too easy on some, so he put it to 20 and looked at me like "are you SURE that's not too heavy" even though he could see i could lift it perfectly fine. It was at that point I thought it might be good to point out i was shot putt and javelin champion in my school years for the whole 5 years.

Shoulders are definitely feeling it this morning though and i didn't do the full sets on most, did 3 sets of 10 on shoulder press, 2 sets of 10 on lat (in one position), 1 set of 10 at wide reach, 1 set of 10 behind head and 1 set of 10 wide reach behind head, 1 set on the other machine i can't remember name of, and 2 sets on the v row thing. So Adam wants me to do 3 sets in each position (total 300 reps?) so i did about 100 i think
 
Off over the gym, something wrong here, I'm turning into a fitness freak
