Ally's Diary - take two

Just wrote my menu plan for the week, decided to try an all red week, it usually ends up about 4:3 between red and ee, but i thought I'll give all red ago in hope it prevents me fluctuating back to over 13, i wanna stay under now I've finally got here, I know cutting pasta helped a lot so hopefully cutting more carbs will play in my favour. My taste of Asia book is getting a battering this week too, there's only one day when I'm not having something out of it.
 
Breakfast: choc porridge
Lunch: prawn and mango curry, strawberries
Tea: salmon and scrambled egg

Hea: milk

Heb: porridge
Heb: 2x cherry alpen lights

Syns: white choc options 2, gum 1,midget gems 0.5, 2x chocolate finger 3, whippy ice cream (no cone) 8
Total syns: 14.5
Free snacks: prepacked fruit

Drinks: 8 glasses water, 1 tea

i swear prawn and mango curry may be the best "comfort food" for a bad mood

Been feeling really down today, i know i get these days sometimes and not had one for a while. I'm not in *must eat everything in sight mode* with it like i usually get, just got the down mood on me, stupid depression making random appearances. So down, i've stopped replying to Jamie's 3 millions texts just cos he started bugging me after the first 2, hopefully its just a mood that will require a good sleep to get rid of.

Still feel rubbish today, haven't figured what's triggering it though, though work ain't helping.

Same, w8rk today though, making a new soup right now. Spicy red lentil and dhal soup. X
 
Yeah i'm in work now, feeling bit better now i've eaten, but still not fully myself.
