Alongwaytogo is on her way ...

I went to buy new trackie bottoms at sainsburys as they were recommended by Lexie and whether there sizes are on the large side or not I do feel rather pleased that they are only a size 16 :) and so is the jacket I bought at the same time. So thank you Lexie and sainsburys for making my week :)

That's great!! I've just bought size 16 too it a fab feeling.. My OH was pleased too!

Ooh 16 Kat, how good is that!!

Yes Rach, my feet are more like shrek's than fiona's. As well as my feet losing weight, my glasses keep falling off too, so that seems to have shrunk as well. Oh don't I sound attractive.....

My glasses do that too... if you need to you can go and have them adjusted

Well wi at the docs tomorrow. Don't think I am going to see a loss this time. I am doing everything I can, exercising 3 x a week, sticking to 1200 calories etc. Had a really stressful couple of weeks with no 2 daughter being poorly, so maybe it is down to that who knows! No 1 got a uni offer for her no 1 choice today, very pleased for her.

Will just have to get my head down and carry on. I have had good losses so far, so need to be positive whatever the scales say tomorrow.

That's the right attitude to have honey. Hope your daughter is feeling better now & really pleased for your eldest re uni offer. Let us know how you get on xx

Will do, thanks Lexie. Youngest daughter's illness is ongoing, still no nearer to knowing what is actually wrong with her. She is to have an MRI on her spine next week and we should also hear about a liver biopsy then.

It's always great when you get into the next size down clothes... I can't wait untill i'm a 16 and can go shopping in Primarni!!! Good luck tomorrow, I'm sure you will be fine. xx

Thanks pocket dragon. My size 18 jeans are too big now, used to be a 26, it's a fabulous feeling. Also putting the laundry away with my size 18 knickers is so much nicer!

ahhh the day when i can throw my 'tent' pants away lol !! 26 to an 18 is fabulous! I'm currently a 26-28 .. so a long way to go but as you ahve proved, it can be done :)

Yes it can pocket, after dieting since I was 12 (am now 46) I can honestly say it works. If I can do it, you definitely can! Good luck with your journey, you WILL get there.

Your being so strong. Your family seem to be going through alot right now. It is fantastic that you are able to keep going with all thats going one, and focus on getting yourself fit and healthy too. Not sure I could manage all that. Well done and keep going strong x

So pleased about your daughters uni. We've got to go to Coventry on Saturday which isn't her first choice but they offered her a place on her chosen course which means no uni fees :) :) so off to meet tutors to see if she likes it any better second time around.
