Well back from docs and sts. Over 3 weeks that's pretty crap. Need to do more exercise and drink more water, food is still fine, so not gone off the rails there. Bloody pain in the arse this dieting malarkey :)

Try & stay positive honey, you seem to know where it's going wrong so to speak. I find it so much easier to drink water in a sports bottle & I always have sugar free squash in it. Exercise is a harder one. Is there anything you enjoy? I didn't think there was with me but I've found Zumba & I love it! Xx
 
Ditto to what Lexie said plus we all have periods where our bodies rebel I'm one to vouch for that! But it will happen eventually we just need to relieve the pressure and stress less :) xx
 
Thanks Lexie, I do exercise at the moment, aqua, gym, body balance class, usually 3 x a week, but with all the stuff at home this has slipped a bit.
 
Had a great afternoon sorting out all my clothes that are too big! Only got a few tops and jeans left. One bag to the charity shop and will be ebaying the rest tomorrow.
 
Did a weigh in this morning and have lost 5lbs since last Tuesday docs wi. I am so pleased because I hadn't lost anything for 3 weeks.

Had my wi at the docs this morning and have lost 7lbs over the last two weeks, so really pleased with that after sts for 3 weeks.

Next mini goals - 3 lbs to make 5 stone, then 7 lbs to get into the 13s!!
