Alpaca's stream of consciousness - IS BACK ON THE WAGON!

I'm going out for drinks with a mate on Thursday - wanna come? She's north London too so maybe we could meet around N1?

Bit later - slight change of plan - might be in Greenwich - but would still love you to come!

Just on my way home - 14hr day today and another one tomorrow then I'm drinking alcohol! Lol

I am going to have to come and kidnap you and forcibly remove you to Susie's Rest N Relax in SE London soon!

Please make sure you get some rest - get a nice bottle of white and unwind tonight, then have sweet dreams :)

Just finished - yippee!!

Morning... Will try and start drawing the line today... Clean and green.

All of a sudden it feels daunting but I've been out of control and weight has escalated - 1st on from posted weight which is just too embarrassing to think about... I need to adjust my stats when I'm in front of my laptop.

I just need to focus on clean and green ... I feel so disappointed in myself! Oh well... Onwards and downwards x

Not even going to make excuses for the rubbish that I've shovelled in recently... I just hate myself right now...

clean and green and measuring everything from now on

B - one egg, 1tsp coconut oil, 1tsp butter, 1 shrivelled portobello mushroom that weighed hardly anything cos it was so old, 1 clove garlic, 30g goats cheese cos I have to use it up, 400ml unsweetened soya milk, 1 small espresso poured into it for a lovely latte - carbs 6; cals 435

But at least I had a lie in this morning and a lovely long bath. Had a long phone call with a client (pro bono) and will now head off to Hammersmith with all the lever arch files I needed for yesterday's meeting. Later will be meeting friends for a low carb supper.

Hate myself! lol but, at least I can fit into my 2 skirts as they were very floppy and loose and now they fit absolutely fine lol

This is new territory for me - I usually run and hide and stuff my face and would never confront this... So I just have to take one step - one day - at a time here.. You are my life savers though ... And I thank god that you're here ...

So just keeping in touch will hopefully get me through this tough bit until I'm back in the zone and in K xxx

Sabotage has never felt so close ...

Don't hate yourself, it's tough this dieting lark.

To ease your mind: I gained 12lbs during my week off over the jubilee. I haven't weighed recently but I expect there's loads on - I've been off plan nearly month thanks to being laid up for just over a fortnight. Anyway, gained those 12lbs - 1 week clean and green (roughly 1600 - 1800 cals a day and under 30g carbs) and all that had come off. Once you get back on solidly, no slips, you will be just fine.

If you can manage it - and only if you really think you can, don't do anything to make yourself struggle more - I recommend a day or two of just meat and eggs, mayo, a little cheese if you need it. It gets me into ketosis quick and stops my cravings.

Drinking absolute loads (say setting a 3l target) really helps me too. I know I'm losing weight when I have to wee 5 times a night!

Also please remember that you're still on the same path and you'll still get to the same destination. You haven't spoilt your chances. You've had a little sit down during a long walk and it may take you a few more minutes to reach your destination, but that's all.

I'm back on the wagon on Tuesday. We'll get there together.
