i will have to google the magnesium bath too, having ongoing back problems, doctor said its probably osteo arthritis as i am 'getting old' i love my doctor he is full of wonderful sarcastic but joking comments, he is retiring i am so sad about that..
 
Afternoon Di, I already use one of Lisa's bracelets, don't think it really matters where you wear them lol. I would just have to put some in a bowl and soak my feet as we don't have a bath (or if you spoke to my missus she would say - we don't have a bath, yet!). I am doing ok I think, on a down day today and watching everybody eat fish and chips at work while I have my chocolate shake............arggggggggggg). Hope you are well Di xxx

Hi folks

Head not bad but just home from an exhausting day so have succumbed to one glass of pink wine and a chicken and king prawn salad...

Someone I hadn't seen for ages bumped into me today and said she was amazed at how shrunk I am and another colleague said that it wasn't surprising that weight loss had slowed down cos i am so much smaller now! Funny but I'm not seeing it this week...

Loss is going to be slower for the next phase but that's fine as I'm dashing around like a speeding bullet so life is so much better than this time last year! Lol

Dinner looks good, I never think of prawns in my salads, usually chicken or ham, I will have to change that.
 
Thanks Sammy - it's good salad ... Dressing is lime juice, mayo, red wine vinegar , crushed garlic and a smidge of cream all mxed .... I chopped coriander and chilli into it too

Mm everyone seems to be having prawny meals right now, it's making me fancy some.

And listen to what other people tell you - if youre anything like me they'll see you much more accurately than you're able to see yourself.

Morning all... That pink wine has given me a 3lb gain this morning - just water weight... And it was quite warm yesterday which doesn't help ... Have an over sensitive metabolism - always have had ...

I'm not doing as well as before... I'm still not drinking enough water and not back on my vits... And I'm drinking way too much coffee... Which means way too much cream! Lol

It must all stop!!!

B - egg bacon mushroom one spring onion celery omelette and coffee

L - another chicken and prawns salad as it was SOOOOO yum!

Without this site I definitely would have jacked it in by now - so thank you guys again!! Xxx

Still not in the zone ... But thankfully have kept away from really bad things!!!

I must try harder as it feels like such a struggle ...

You will get there Di, some days just seem so much harder than others. I can be in the zone for days then all of a sudden, I am out of it again!

B- 2 eggs 2 bacon mushrooms tomatoes coffee

L is going to be chicken breasts and prawns and salad -I'm cooking the breasts this time and will marinade first

D - probably the same although I might do cauliflower rice

Will try not to have anything else (fingers' crossed!)

I am trying to be really, really good today too! I have it all planned out in FitDay - almond bread, tinned fish, cheese and meat for snacks and a big hit of veggies with chicken for dinner. I am determined to be a good little OWL today, lol!

We can so do this! xxx
 
morning well afternoon now, what is Fitday? i feel like i am sticking too and my ketosis has been constant going to be really good today, i have even made my oopsie rolls smaller today too so i dont eat too much of them lol
