Alpaca's stream of consciousness - IS BACK ON THE WAGON!

Eating Atkins and not eating too much gives me energy! And I'm still being good! Feel so relieved that I'm focused!!

Need to eat though as I've only had half a slice of cheese, a small/ish piece of camembert and small portion of salad ... But have a meeting at 6 to go to first before I get home. Another soya latte at the meeting! Lol x
 
Was in Huntingdon today Lisa! Lol ... This diary is on the move !! Lol

Up at 3.45 in the morning to catch stupid o clock flight from Gatters to Abercrombie and Fitch (Aberdeen! Lol)

I'm just having a late bath and will hopefully sleep a little...

The BEST thing about the flight is that it's a first for me for the following reasons:

1. I haven't pre-booked a seat!!! NEVER gone on a flight without pre-booking!! as I always used to need to make sure I got one where I didn't struggle - trying to walk down the narrow gangway to the back! Or try and squeeze past someone in the next seat or not get on before everyone else so I could settle with no one looking at me asking for a seat belt extender!! God it was so stressful last year!! Lol

2. I'm actually flying WITH someone!! NEVER done that in 16yrs as it would have been too embarrassing to let someone see me squeeze into the seat and struggle with the belt and not be able to put the table down ...

I'm just so grateful I don't have to do that anymore!!!

I'm sort of in the zone but did have a quarter of a bread roll this evening - very stupid but hey ho!

Clean and green from Monday and as good as I can be in Scotland! Xx

You are SO right Katie!! Loving it actually... Just need to drop the weight I gained recently... Some has come off but Scotland is going to be a nuisance! Lol
 
I ran up hill... That's all I'm gonna say on the subject but it felt good to do it and still have lots of breath and energy left at the end! I feel fitter than I have for 15yrs!!

Not been a great day food wise but I'm far more confident that I'll get back on track when I get back to London!

No one in Scotland sells soya lattes!!! Lol
 
Woo, running especially uphill is more than I can do! I miss being able to run.

And just have a good time and don't worry about things xx
 
Well done on the running, you will have no problem getting back on track when u get back.
 
Back ... Bigger but fitter lol ... Stomach is the size of a wheat field .... No wait!! It IS a wheat field! Lol ... Walked 3 miles each day!

Clean and green from tomorrow for 3 days then off to France for long weekend to visit parents of my friend in the attic! Will be full on but hopefully fun! Going by train - Eurostar to Paris then train to Angouleme.

Not posting menu today .. Lol xx
