No chicken last night or tonight no lolol. I can't stand quorn, I know some people swear by it but I've used the mince twice (once for a 'cottage' pie and one for 'chilli') and I couldn't eat it....far too sweet :-(
Lean lamb chops with a fresh mint marinade tonight, served with fresh carrots and mini roast potatoes.....seeing as I missed break again today and er don't slap me please! actually havn't had ANYTHING to eat today yet I think I will enjoy it.
Didn't go to class last night, I did weigh myself in the morning and the scales said I stayed which would have meant a 1-2lb gain by the time I got weighed, sorry but I really couldn't face that. We treated ourselves to fish and chips last night but am determined to get a good loss this week. Last day at work tomorrow then 2 weeks off, lots to do in the house and plenty of time to attack the wii dance and wii fit lol, hopefully that will make a difference and I won't be able to use the excuse that I'm too knackered to do any (even though it was true!).
