Change of plan for dinner tonight as was going to have a bacon/phili pasta dish, but the blinkin' bacon was out of date by 15 days eeeeech! Wandered why it smelt a bit sweet yesterday lol! Im normally really good with checking dates, but that obviously slipped on by lol!

Monday 20th May
Green


B: Berries & yogurt
L: Veggie soup & EL Phili & cucumber sandwich
D: Veggie stir fry in Hoisin sauce & noodles

HexB: 30g bread

: 60g bread

Syns: Hoisin sauce 3, Thorntons choccie bar 11 = 14

Snacks: Melon & yogurt

Exercise: None!

Thanks Deb, it was rather tasty, but just hoping the chopped out of date bacon I put in the sauce doesn't come back to bite us in the bum!!!
 
lol hope not!! Is it chicken bbq sauce with bacon and cheese on top? my oh wd love that. do you make own sauce?
 
All ok in the tummy department so far lol!
All I do is bash out the chicken, top with cooked sauce, cook in oven for 12 minutes, place grated cheese on the top, pop in oven for another minute or so until cheese melted & enjoy!
To make the sauce.....saute finely chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms & tomatoes until all cooked & then add some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce x

only 12 minutes? yikes i cook chicken for 30 min. sounds fab x
 
Lunch.....excuse the plasic container! Got soup out of freezer + just heated it up, so saving on washing up lol!

You're maintaining now Debbie so dont worry about a 2lb gain, just try looking at it over the month. I will be weighing on the 3rd of every month & as long as I dont go over the 3lb, I'll be happy. 3lb less would be ideal tho LOL!

Well, I've been a very naughty girl the last 2 days, which is not a problem as hubby on leave & knew it would be difficult. So I have 10 days to reign it in before the next proper WI. Back on plan today & will post my food diary in a bit as just off to the Chiropractor & then clothes shopping for hubby
