Getting there slowly! Lost 1.5lbs this week so only 3.5lbs to go and will be in the 14's. Its been a long and slow journey but as long it keeps going down I don't suppose it matters how slow I get there!

How long until Florida now? My Oh and I are wanting to go towards the end of next year, I can't wait, such a long time away though!

I really need to start doing some exercise, do you find it boosts your losses?

I went back to the gym today after a month off - I loved it!!
I did c25k week 1, day 1 - got me sweaty definitely! Excited to start some classes again!
Exercise plan to follow! :)
 
Have just said no to a j2o, a glass of wine and garlic bread - help me hahaha!!

Update; have said no to chocolate fudge cake, toffee and fudge ice-cream, and screwballs!!
