Food diary 24th sept - off to london all day - my very first time in London!!

London was amazing!!
Me and the OH actually went to the Eurogamer expo - it was my other halfs bday pressie, so we went there, before that we jumped on the tube and went to Piccadilly circus and did a little bit of shopping, then we went to the expo, we then went to Leicester square, walked through china town and walked to Oxford street, we walked the whole length of Oxford street - and then went onto bond street and had a wander through selfridges - Ah-mazing!!
We had a wonderful day and walked so much, we used the tube loads as well - the tube as a service is absolutely amazing! It stinks and it's cramped but it is fantastic!
So I had a lovely day - however I was not on plan at all - and ate the completely wrong things! But I had a lovely time!

So today is a new day - but I'm going out tonight for my nephews birthday to a Chinese buffet all you can eat. I will make good decisions but I won't be on plan - but slimming world will be in the back of my mind for sure!

Last night was amazing!! The beer bus was fab, however my head is banging lol

I was on plan for all of yesterday up until the beer bus, not going to work out how many syns I drank, just moving on and back on it today! :)

Need to get focused and stay on plan all week - need 2.5lbs for my 5 stone - looked back at my book and in September I haven't actually lost anything - my worst month for weight loss in my 1 year of doing it. I only have 19 weigh ins left till Florida!! So really need to sort it out!

This is me telling myself to stop being a loser and to stay on plan!!!!!!

Well done chicky!! Week of red days sounds like a plan. I need to get more organised again and plan some meals. This week has been a bit all over the place as been working overtime at work, but meals have taken the hit from it!

Hi guys, not gonna lie, I have been off the wagon all week, it's now 30mins or so before weigh in - needless to say - not looking forward to it. I have not been 11100000% focused for a little while now but I have one up with a gym routine because I find as soon as I go back to the gym I want to lose weight and I stay motivated I measured myself this morning and was shocked to find out that I am nearly the same, but I have actually put on inches on my legs which I am not happy about, going to try and stick to plan, will do ee days in the week and then back on red days at weekends, me trying to do red days in the week while I'm at work is No good and doesn't fit in with what I take to work etc.

Let's see how tonight goes and draw a final line under it
