My reflection of my 1st year on slimming world - and winning my groups woman of the year

Firstly, sw is damn hard, being on any diet/healthy eating plan is difficult, but when it's life changing like slimming world, it's hard.

For me slimming world has given me energy, reduced health issues, nicer clothes and confidence, confidence to think that the wobbly bits on me is not the first thing someone sees when they look at me. Confidence to try new things and new opportunities, it's given me the confidence to say yes.

For the past couple of months I've been on/off on/off and I haven't sustained a good weight loss for a while, here is me saying, even if its 2, 1 or half if I'm losing I'm succeeding, and that's all I need - to lose weight
 
Exercise for today;
Gym 1 hour

Treadmill 20mins run/walk

Cross trainer 10mins strength/speed

Rower 5mins

Bike 15mins strength/speed

Stepper 1 min

Arm bike 5mins

Treadmill 10mins

Cook down

1hour 6ish

Well done on the spin AND the body combat class! I tried step aerobics yesterday, I enjoyed it but boy it was fast and I wasn't very good at it picking up the steps! I might try again next week though and I think I am going to give body combat a go too.

I love step but my gym doesn't run it :( fabulous work on your part though!! keep it up! I looovvveee body combat :)
